Pineapple Cake
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons soda
1 cup pecan pieces
2 eggs
20 ounce can crushed pineapple (do not drain)Grease and flour a 9X13 cake pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Bake 40-45 minutes. While still hot, top with frosting.Frosting: 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 stick margarine (room temperature)
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups powdered sugarEnjoy!!
