2 sticks margarine
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup water
Bring the above ingredients to a boil. Meanwhile, sift together
2 cups flower 2 cups sugar and
add the boiling chocolate to the flour mixture and stir well.
Add:
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Just before cake is done, bring to boil:
2 sticks margarine
6 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons cocoa
Add:
1 box of powdered sugar (1 pound)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup peacans (more or less as desired)
Pour over warm cake.
