CORN CASSEROLE



Combine and mix well:

1 can cream style corn
1 cup Bisquick
1 well beaten egg
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup milk

POUR 1/2 of batter into a well greased 8x8x2" casserole dish.

SPREAD 1 small can drained, chopped green chilies over top of batter.

SPRINKLE 12 oz. Monterrey Jack cheese over chilies.

POUR remaining batter over this

and

BAKE at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
