Apple Crumb Pie


This recipe makes one pie

6 to 8 apples pared and sliced or 2 cans sliced pie apples drained
1 9 inch unbaked pastry shell
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
3/4/ cup flour
1/3 cup butter

Arrange apples in unbaked pie shell. Mix 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon, sprinkle over apples. Mix 1/2 cup sugar with flour, cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake in hot oven 400 degrees F. for 40 minutes.

Cool

Eat--YUM!!
