For the extraordinary individual(*) who wants more than the typical college experience, we offer a unique opportunity--one that will challenge the deepest resources of your intelligence, self-reliance, and responsibility.  It demands an adventurous spirit, a forceful personality, superior intellectual ability, toughness of mind, and a high degree of personal integrity, courage, and love of country.  You will need to deal with fast-moving, ambiguous, and unstructured situations that will test your resourcefulness to the utmost.

As a student trainee, will you engage in unlawful surveillance and harassment of members of your college community?  Or will you inform your congressional representative, senators, and the ACLU(**) if you witness activity that violates constitutional rights or federal laws?  No matter what the CIA has had you sign, or what they may have told you, you have both a right and an obligation as a citizen to speak out.

"The Agency" may claim there is a good justification for unlawful activities you may witness.  But in our democratic system, there can be no excuse.  They may explain away the infractions as minor and unimportant, or some kind of practical joke.  Well, I am a victim(***).  The harassment I have suffered at the hands of federal agents and student trainees has destroyed my life.  I am not laughing.

If you are not already a CIA student trainee ... Why not apply today? As a covert watchdog, from within you can serve your country by ensuring that "The Agency" behaves itself and does not unlwafully harm members of your community.

For obvious reasons, I do not recommend first going to your local police, campus administration, or any federal agency.  Simply stating you are concerned that there has been a violation cannot reveal any secrets.  These groups can then inform you of your legal rights.
