Use the knowledge you have just learned about how to build a web page
by taking the file you made about one of Canada's Explorers and making
it into a web page. If you forget some of the commands, here is a list of them:
HTMLCommands
Begin by creating the basic commands of opening line commands of 'html', 'title', and then 'body'.
You can add some personality to your webpage by picking out your favorite color and using it in the 'background color' command.
Then try using the 'break' and
'paragraph' line commands to make your
page look even more cool. If you want to get really crazy, try the
bold and underline and
'center' commands to make it look just how you like.
The LAST thing you will do is add pictures to your webpage. You can find a picture of your explorers at This Website
Then put the mouse over the picture and right click it once and choose
'save as'. Save the picture as the explorers name in the your personal
folder. Then insert the 'image source' command and put your picture up!
When everyone finishes building their webpage, we will all get a couple
of minutes to present ours to the class.Back to our class home page
