Garbled beginning--[Thank you for taking]"...a few minutes to spend with me, and this, eh, this book (holds up Bible) and finding out about this year (holds up another book with the year 1994 on it.)

From Isaiah 58:1 & 2:

" 'Shout it aloud, do not hold back.

" 'Raise your voice like a trumpet. Declare to my people their rebellion....

" 'For day after day they seek me out; they seem eager to know my ways, as if they were a nation that does what is right and has not forsaken the commands of its God. They ask me for just decisions and seem eager for God to come near them.'

"Very difficult for God to come near you when you are in the situation you are in now.

Ahh...let's go to ayihh...this... this...I'm just going to be dipping into Isaiah first off, and then we're going to be going to some other b..chapters. But, ahh, I think we need to come to terms with where we are now in history.

"Let me preface by saying, 'God said, "Behold I give you every herb-bearing seed which is upon the face of all the earth."' Currently in America, we can't grow this herb-bearing seed (holds up photograph of a hemp plant), this uh hemp plant...eh... because Nixon's law says 'you can't grow that herb-bearing seed. You're sick, you go to jail.' That's where we are right now. Actually, Jesus knew about this a long time ago, in Isaiah 48, He explained that ...ayeeah...here we go, 'You have neither heard nor understood; from of old your ear has not been open. Well do I know how treacherous you are; you were called a rebel from birth. For my own name's sake I delay my wrath; for the sake of my praise I hold it back from you, so as not to cut you off. See, I have refined you, though not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction. For my own sake, for my own sake, I do this...,' that's the New International Version, the New American Standard version is more accurate, 'I will act,' 'How can I let myself be defamed? I will not yield my glory to another.' That's when we go back to Genesis 1, 'God said, "Behold I give you every herb-bearing seed which is upon the face of all the earth."'

"So what He's doing is saying here, 'I know you're going to be in this situation where you're waging a war on an herb-bearing seed I said I give you. I know that you haven't given me the credit for every herb-bearing seed--For my own name's sake, I delay my wrath'--he's holding it back from us (arm raised up)--'cause He wants to get the credit for every herb-bearing seed. He'd like to hear a 'thank you'-- 'for the sake of my praise, I hold it back from you, so as not to cut you off...' because He loves us so much. Uh, He loved us back then, He loves us now. He just is waiting for us to do what He has suggested a long time now, to do God's Chosen Fast, which we jump ahead to Isaiah 58 where I was before, and that's what we want to get to here.

We want to get to this point where we understand, 'this is what we really should do, this is what we need to do,' and since I'm, I'm just assuming eventually it might get to the President, but you people who are into the Bible, who are screening things, you'll understand this and hopefully communicate this to your President, that this is the course of action we want to take now.

"We want to 'loose the chains of injustice...untie the cords of the yoke...set the oppressed free and break every yoke.' Once we do that, we can go onto these other things, to feeding the hungry, and building shelters for the homeless...or providing shelters for the homeless and, uh, clothing the naked and not turning away from our own flesh and blood--remember those family ties, very important now.

"It's a Jubilee.

(Hits himself on the head.)

"That was the first thing I was supposed to say. I'm so sorry. 'Consecrate the fiftieth year and proclaim release throughout the land to all its inhabitants,' Leviticus 25.

That's...we know that from a well-quoted passage, um. 'Shout it,' no, excuse me, 'The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because the LORD has anointed me to preach good news for the poor...to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the LORD's favor'--which is the Jubilee-- 'and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn...." "So all those who are suffering now, there are people who are sick throughout our land, who have asthma, glaucoma, cancer, aids, have struggled with chronic depression as I have all my life, uh...the list goes on. There are many different illnesses that are treatable by marijuana as medicine. And as we know from September 6, 1988, when Judge Young ruled in uh his very important ruling regarding what marijuana was, 'Marijuana in its natural form is one of the safest therapeutically-active substances known to man.' And so that really should be our law. As opposed to the law that Richard Nixon put into place back in 1970, marijuana is "dangerous" and "has no medical value." That was a lie in 1970, it's a lie now in 1994, and it will be a lie all the way until Jesus returns with His angels to get these people out of jail. Which is going to happen this year, according to this fellow--gonna happen in two weeks! September 15th, or thereabouts. (Holds up 1994 again, an oversized trade paperback.)

"Actually, I think that if we do God's Chosen Fast, if you understand this message, if it gets through to the leader, to the President, and he declares amnesty to the people who are in jail right now, who have been sick, and who were put in jail by Nixon's law--not God's law. There's a difference between God's law, where you care for the sick, and you respect God and honor Him, versus Nixon's law, which doesn't let you care for the sick--you put the sick in jail by the millions...actually, we got about seven million people at this point, who have been put in jail, or punished and penalized for saying 'thank you God for every herb-bearing seed....' And those are the people that Jesus is going to come to bind up, to heal, to set free--those prisoners. If we don't

do it first.

"And this fellow's proposition (1994, the book) is this incredibly convoluted numerological approach. But there are some key points he makes, including the one that this is a Jubilee, and that's a very important understanding.

"I figured this is a Jubilee, because fifty years ago, World War II ended. And 1944, 1945 was the last Jubilee. It happens to fit into his scenario as well, but there was this great release felt throughout the world when Jews were set free from concentration camps, and American prisoners were set free from Japanese concentration camps, and there was just this great release and great restoration and recovery that happened. This Jubilee's not going to come close unless Jesus shows up. Then it'll be...great!

"Those of us who have been persecuted for saying, 'thank you God, this is a very good herb-bearing seed--this (picks up drawing of a hemp plant leaf and a large Bible), these have always gone together, these two images. God and this plant. This is, uh, most Bibles are printed on hemp blends, so we know that we can use hemp for things other than drugs. But, God knows about the receptors we have in our brains. (Holds up book called Receptors.) I just read about this, "Tracking the marijuana receptor," what we have discovered in 1989 is that everyone who ever lived had/has marijuana receptors in our brains. They've only found one so far, but there are probably many more to be found.

"God knew about the fact that we'd get sick. He knew about the fact that marijuana receptors were in our brains, and so that if we got AIDS or glaucoma or cancer, or suffered from depression or had stress-related illnesses, we could use this herb-bearing seed--as long as we're connecting it to God--and find comfort in it, because it'll activate those receptors, and it'll diminish the pain and the anger and the depression that we feel, or the sickness, whatever it is. Glaucoma, it kinda prevents us from going blind, very important thing.

"So, there are many people who are going to benefit from us doing this God Chosen Fast. But we have just about run out of time. Once again, this fellow thinks Jesus is returning at the Day of Atonement, this 15th, which is two weeks from now, today. Umm, if He does, Hallelujiah, I'm going to be a witness.

"Oh yeah, I forgot to mention. There's a Judgment Seat scenario that we really haven't understood Matthew 25. The reason we haven't understood it is because we've got seven million people that we put in jail for using an herb-bearing seed God said 'I give you.' They're sick, they were sick, they were somehow...troubled, so when they used this herb-bearing seed, they were arrested, and put in jail. Um, which is not exactly how we're supposed to treat the sick.

"So 'When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his throne in heavenly glory. All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left.

"So I won't even mention what He says to the sheep because that's not really relevant at this point--everybody in America is a goat by default. It's Nixon's law. There was the falling away that had to happen, all these things had to happen, prophecies had to be fulfilled, and we're now in a situation where we've got 25 to 30 million people who'll have to say, 'I was sick and you persecuted me for saying "thank you God for hemp."'

(Big sigh.)

(Matthew 25:41-46:)

" 'Then he will say to those on his left, "Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison [emphasis here] and you did not look after me."

" 'They' also will 'answer, "Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?" He will reply, "I tell you the truth, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me."

" 'Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.'

"So, the concept there is, if you didn't say 'thank you God for every herb-bearing seed which is upon the face of all the earth,' if you didn't care for the least of these who were sick, then you will be found guilty, and you will suffer the consequences. The only way we can go as a nation, as a group of people, from the goat category to the sheep category is to earnestly repent.

Um. I haven't mentioned Revelation 3:14 and onwards, so I might as well go to there real quick,

'cause that's like...Jesus is talking to us today.

"Very important concept of Jesus being the Amen, the faithful and true witness--so we're not going to be able to cover this up when He shows up--and, the ruler of God's creation--He's the one who had the idea, 'Well, I'll make hemp. I'll design this and make it so that it'll be food for everything that has the breath of life in it, and that's what I'll say it is, and then I'll design it so that all humans will be able to tap into this and use this for medicine. 'Cause it'll heal a lot of different illnesses--it'll ease the pain. Because they'll always connect this herb-bearing seed with me.'

"Um, ruler of God's creation.

"And we'll also find out that hemp is useful for making paper out of, and we can use it for fuel, and we can use it for clothing, we can make clothes out of it, we can use it for building materials--for building shelters from, we can use it for...uh...food, clothes, medicine, shelter, fuel, paper....um...plastics, etc. And we'll find this all out, and we've found it all out--you can read about it in a book called Hemp: Lifeline to the Future, or The Emperor Wears No Clothes, or any number of other books that are out there.

"This is the most important book (tapping the Bible), we need to come to terms with what God had to say, and there was only one right response when God said 'I give you.' All God's people say 'thank you' when God says 'I give you.' That's the response He was looking for.

"So unfortunately we've got too many people in the goat column, and we can only get out of being goats as a nation and as a people by doing that Chosen Fast. And we can do that...we're just running out of time. We've got, two weeks maybe.

"Trumpet is coming, you're definitely going to be hearing it.

"And, 'shout it aloud,' it's just, everyone's gonna know.

"God gets the credit for every herb-bearing seed. 'Cause He took it when He said, 'I give you.' That's why He's going to get the credit.

"So, Revelation 3, let's look at what He says to the church of this age:

(Rev. 3:14-19:)

" 'These are the words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the ruler of God's creation. I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm--neither hot nor cold--I am about to spit you out of my mouth. You say, "I am rich; I have aquired wealth and do not need a thing."'

"Rapture? We're gonna get raptured.

"Ah hee ha yeah...right!

" 'But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked.'

"You haven't said thank you yet to God for every herb-bearing seed which is upon the face of all the earth. You didn't give Him the credit, and you haven't given Him the praise yet. You haven't said 'thanks.' So you're ready for the Judgment Seat, not for a 'rapture.'

" 'I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, so you can become rich; and white clothes to wear, so you can cover your shameful nakedness; and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see.'

" 'Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline. So be earnest and repent.'

"And the desire here is, if I'm speaking to the President, eventually, if you do get a chance to hear it, I would implore you, on behalf of those of us who are sick and in prison now, let us free. Declare amnesty for those of us who were put in jail by Nixon and his law. That was never the truth, and it will be revealed as not being the truth fully as soon as Jesus gets here. But if He has to come here with all His angels to get the two or three million people that are in our prisons now today (in point of fact, it was one million, but--that's more than one) out of jail, well then, there will be hell to pay.

"And we know who's going to be on which side. Those of us who were the witnesses, we're just the witnesses. We're like sheep by default. Those of us who were sick and persecuted will have to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, and Jesus will be there, so He'll know. He's the faithful and true witness. We try to say, 'Well, they didn't really put us in jail for very long, it was just maybe two or three years that they put me in jail for growing an herb-bearing seed God said "I give you"'--He's just going to want you to say what's true. 'Did they put you in jail? All right, did I have to come and set you free? So when I said "I give you,' they didn't hear me, did they? All right."'

"So, 'Depart from me you who are cursed.' Those fi...final seven words that a lot of people are going to hear simply because they didn't hear God say 'I give...you.' 'I give you.' 'I give you.' 'I give you every herb-bearing seed. Would you give me the credit? Would you say "thanks" now? All right, good. Would you do the Chosen Fast? Would you loose the chains of injustice, untie the cords of the yoke, set the oppressed free, break every yoke, would you do that?'

"Terrific. Then He doesn't have to come back in wrath. He can come back saying, just checking in on how our hemp industry is doing, and saying, 'That was a pretty good herb-bearing seed, wasn't it? It was very good. I said it was very good in Chapter 1, you all heard me didn't you? Good. All right. And you set the oppressed free? Nobody in jail for using an herb-bearing seed that I said "I give you?" I'm getting full credit? Good! Carry on.'

"Not going to be the case if He comes now.

"So! We want to do this! We want to do it quick.

"And I encourage you, President Clinton, who I voted for--because I knew that you'd come to this position in time now, where you've got an opportunity to do God's Chosen Fast and become a sheep--leader of the sheep--go from being goat to sheep (snap of the fingers) quick by just loosing the chains of injustice, untying the cords of the yoke, setting the oppressed free and breaking every yoke.

"And since I believe in you (to Bill Clinton), you can do this.

"We just are running out of time.

"So I look forward to seeing you, preferably before Judgment--the Judgment Seat--and I hope I can say 'I was sick, and you persecuted me for...well, the two years you were in office, but you did God's Chosen Fast, and you allowed me to grow hemp in 1995, and boy, that made me so much better. I mean, not only physically I was comforted, but it got this burden off of me, where I keep hearing all these people saying, 'I want justice, God,' and I keep seeing and reading about people being arrested for growing something God said 'I give you,' and...we'll be out of the line of fire.

(Big sigh.)

"And we'll quickly recover.

"Let's just quickly, umm, acknowledge that, the, the result of doing God's Chosen Fast is,

ah--(from Isaiah 58 again)-- 'Then your light will break forth like the dawn, and healing will quickly appear. Then your righteousness will go before you'--instead of seven million people saying 'I'm sick and I'm in jail,' we'll have the righteousness going before us, with the people saying, 'we were set free, way to go Clinton--thank you!' You're a great President--when you set the oppressed free and break every yoke.

" Um, 'Then your'...uh...'righteousness will go before you, and the glory of the LORD will be your rear guard. Then you will call, and the LORD will answer; you will cry for help, and he will say: Here am I.

" 'If you do away with the yoke of oppression,'--once again, that yoke of Nixon's that says if you're sick, you can't use a seed-bearing plant God said I give you, you go to jail-- 'with the pointing finger and malicious talk, and if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed,'--these people we've got to get out of jail. Their cries are going up to God, and He's hearing them only-- 'then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday.'

"And that's what we want.

"So let's do it!

"You are in a position to do it this year--please do it. On behalf of all of us who don't want to be witnesses that are hostile--we want to be witnesses saying, 'We saw the Jubilee celebrated right.' And uh, if Jesus comes with all His angels, I'm still saying 'great!,'--cause I've been looking forward to that. BUT--if He just comes by His pouring out His Spirit of mercy, especially towards those who have been sick and oppressed, and if we do this God-Chosen Fast, and get these people out of jail, I will be celebrating.

"And I know you will be able to too.

"So. Ahh...That's the message.

"I don't think I need to go on any further. You got the point, didn't you? All right.

"God gets the credit and praise for every herb-bearing seed this Jubilee.

"Yes!

"Thanks."

"That's the message." Message. Get it?
