(1) The Junior High theme for this semester is "America in Poetry - An Introduction to American Poets". They will be studying selected chapters (indicated above) from the book Read-Alound Poems for Young People, edited by Glorya Hale. Students are asked to bring any of their favorite rhymes or riddles to the first class.
