Be able to define "Grand Jury," "indict," "double jeopardy," "due process," and "just compensation."
The Sixth Amendment:
Know each of the 5 parts of this amendment, as well as the year it was ratified.
The Seventh Amendment:
Identify this amendment, as well as the year it was ratified.
The Eighth Amendment:
Identify this amendment, as well as the year it was ratified.
Be conversant in all of the points made in class about this amendment.
The Ninth Amendment:
Identify this amendment, as well as the year it was ratified.
The Tenth Amendment:
Identify this amendment, as well as the year it was ratified.
You'll also be tested on the Fourteenth Amendment:
Know the meaning of citizenship explained in it, and know what the rest of Section 1 of that amendment generally means.
