Boots

Viking 'In-suit' bootDrysuit made for diving always got permanently attach boots, the boots can be made in different ways, on rubber drysuits the legs forms a kind of boot around the foot, and a rubber sole is placed down under. On Viking suits used for commercial diving, the ordinary boots can be replaced for a pair of heavy steel-reinforced rubber Boots.

On trilaminate suits, the material is not thick enough to made boots of, and loose rubber boots is always glued to the legs. Neoprene suits can got both types of boots.

Commercial divers sometimes use boots with integrated steel around the toes, just like safety boots, If the suit have not got this type of boots, an extra couple of boots, with steel, can be used on top of the normal boots.
