Mr. Green's 18th Century Receipts

All me cookin' be done in 18th century style. Me receipts (or recipes for ye from the 21st century) may or may not have been written down in the 18th century, but folks did not often write such down then. It were "a pinch of this" and "a handfull of that" and "cook it well". However, me receipts use 18th century ingredients almost entirely and are all cooked over an open fire.

I larned a lot of me receipts on the Yahoo group Savory Fare and I endevor to credit me fellow re-enactors whenever I can.
