In this brief scene, one of Grievous' bodyguards questions Tion Medon about the identidy of the visiting stranger (Obi-Wan).
According to the Making of ROTS book, this scene was shot on Wednesday August 20th 2003, Day 38 of principle photography.

106 EXT. UTAPAU - OBSERVATION DECK - DAY
On a high balcony, TION MEDON looks down on the landing platform. A few steps
behind him stands of GENERAL GREIVOUS's BODYGUARDS. They watch the canopy lower.
TION MEDON
I told you, all he wanted was fuel.
BODYGUARD
What was his name?
TION MEDON
He didn't say.
They watch as the BLUE JEDI STARFIGHTER takes off.
Neimoidian Core Ship Arrives on Utapau
Here's an excerpt from John Knoll's book "Creating the Worlds of Star Wars: 365 Days" describing a sequence that was conceptualized but never animated, involving a Trade Federation Core Ship docking into one of the sinkholes.
In a conceptualized sequence that was never animated, a Neimoidian core ship detaches from the outer ring, descends to Utapau, embeds itself in a sinkhole wall, and opens up all its doors and extends its antennas. In the movie, we see only the embedded core ship - which is the site of a big battle and where Obi-Wan and General Grievous begin their duel.
