When you run out of continues and your game asks you if you want to continue playing, press Up, Down, Right, Left, Start.

99 Lives
Pause the game, then press Left, Right, Down, Right, Left, R.

Refill Health Meter
Pause the game, then press L, Down, Left, Up, Down, R.

Invincibility
Pause the game, then press Right, Up, Right, Left, Right, R.

All Special Moves
Pause the game, then press Down, Left, Right, Left, Up, L.

All Levels
Pause the game, then press Up, Left, Left, Down, Right, L. You won't be able to select the levels from the Stage Select screen but they are open.
