Get All Tapes
Press Start to pause the game, then hold L and press C-Right, Left, Up, C-Up, C-Up, Right, Down, Up. All directions (Up, Down, Left, Right) should be entered on the D-Pad.

NOTE: You may not be able to get Officer Dick if you have used this code.

Restart Points
Press Start to pause the game, then hold L and press C-Left, C-Right, C-Down, Up, Down. All directional buttons are pressed on the Control Pad. This code allows you to choose from the available restart points for that level (when you select Retry from the Pause menu) so you can restart in that area.

Unlock Officer Dick
To get this special character, get all of the tapes with any other character.

NOTE: Officer Dick may not be unlocked if the Get All Tapes code has been used. To unlock Officer Dick, make sure you get all the tapes without using any codes.

Fast Motion
Press Start to pause the game, then hold L and press Right, Up, Down, Down, Up, Down on the D-Pad.

Slow Motion
Press Start to pause the game, then hold L and press Down, Down, C-Up, C-Right, Left.

Unlock Private Carrera
Starting a game with Officer Dick, press Start to pause the game. Then hold L and press C-Left, C-Down, C-Right, C-Down, Up, Right, Left. You may not get any indication that the cheat worked. Instead, exit the game and go back to the character select screen, where Officer Dick has been replaced by Private Carrera.

Perfect Balance
Press Start to pause the game, then hold L and press C-Up, C-Right, Left, C-Right, Right, Up, Down. This code gives you perfect balance while grinding. Make sure that all directions (Up, Down, Left, Right) are entered using the D-Pad, not the analog stick.
