Round 2 Mode
To unlock the R-2 mode, you must complete all cups and defeat Mewtwo in Round 1.

Hyper Mode In Kids Club
To access the super-hard Hyper Mode, complete Hard difficulty on "Who's The Best" 5 times in a row.

Get Pokemon
You can get different Pokemon by completing the Gym Leader Castle. You can win up to eight different Pokemon, including Charmander, Bulbasaur, Squirtle, Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, Kabuto, and Omanyte.

Surfing Pikachu
Surfing Pikachu exists, and you can win it, but it requires a set of steps. You must do the following:

1. Win the Prime Cup's Poke Ball, Great Ball, and Ultra Ball competitions in Round 2.

2. Enter the Prime Cup's Master Ball competition in Round 2 using a normal Pikachu in your party of six Pokemon.

3. You must enter every round with Pikachu in your group of three Pokemon. You don't have to fight with it, but it must be with your team of three that you battle with.

4. You can't use any continues. If you do, the Surfing Pikachu will become unavailable.

5. You can only use Pokemon which are from your Game Pak. Rental Pikachu can't learn Surf.

6. The Pikachu can't previously have learned Surf.

7. You're not allowed to register your team, and it you can't use a Pikachu which has been registered.

Amnesia Psyduck
To win the Amnesia Psyduck, you must get all 151 Pokemon into the Hall of Fame.
