Play As T-Rex
To be T-Rex, select Ralph at the Character Select screen, then hold Z. While holding Z, press L, R, L, R. A sound will tell you if the code was entered correctly.

Level Select Option
To select your stage, hold L and C-Down, C-Up, C-Left, C-Right. When you hear a tone, release the buttons and start the game. When the stage is displayed, you can press Up or Down to change the country, or Left and Right to change the city.
