Unlock Celebi For Rental
To be able to use Celebi, you must first complete all of Stadium
Mode, Gym Leader Castle, and you must defeat your rival. This will open up
Round 2. If you play Round 2's Prime Cup, you can rent Celebi.

Super Hard Minigame Difficulty
To play minigames on Super Hard, win a seven coin set of
minigames on Hard Mode. When you do, Super Hard will be opened.
Rival Cup
To open the Rival Cup, you must complete all of Round One (all
the cups and Gym Leader Castle).
