Access Level Select Mode
To pick the level you want to play, select STORY or TEAM mode. When you see the level number, press and hold C-Left, C-Right, C-Up, C-Down, and R. While you hold these buttons down, press Right, Up, Left and Down. You will open up an option to pick the level that is to be played.

Unlock Toughest Difficulty
To open up the toughest difficulty level (Super Hard), hold L, R, and C-Up. While holding these buttons, press C-Right, C-Left, and B. You'll then be able to choose the Super Hard difficulty. Good Luck!
