Unlock Cheat Menu
To open up a special cheat menu, start a new game and name the file "ICHEAT." If you've already got a file named ICHEAT, you don't have to delete it. When you get the Cheat Menu, you can turn codes on by entering the button combinations below.

Left, Right, Up, Down below refer to those directions on the D-Pad.
