| Harry Potter Stars Vow Not to Let Fame Change Them: The Child Stars of the new movie Harry potter and the Sorcerer's Stone are enjoying their new-found fame - but are refusing to let all of the attention get to their heads. Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupet Grint are poised for buckets of attention when their anticipated fim - predicted to become the biggest movie of all time - goes on international release on Friday. But with all of the fame, and cash, which will come along with their movie star status, the pre-pubescent actors are refusing to let it change them. Radcliffe, who plays Harry Potter, explains, "I'm never going to think of myself or put ephasis on the fact that I'm famous. I'm just going to know it. I'm not going to talk about it because people who do are often not very nice people." Castmate Emma Watson, who hopes she won't change for the worse either, adds, "I hope my head dosn't get very big. I'm just going to keep my feet on the ground, stick to friends and family and try and lead a normal life." But diminutive redhead Rupter Grint admits he hadn't made plans, like his fellow castmember, on how to deal with fame. He saids, "I've never really thought about it. It's gonna be weird, but cool!" |
