| Mr. Mysterious and Company travel in a show wagon. Inside the wagon they carry all of the props for the show including Mama's portable piano. The children have school inside the wagon while they travel. They also sleep in there. |
| One of the most popular acts during the performance is the Floating Princess. Pa makes Jane float magically over a small couch. |
| Pa thought of making a chicken give milk while driving the wagon one day. He could already make a cow lay eggs. During this act Pa made the chicken give milk and won a bet with the undertaker in the town. The undertaker hadn't smiled or drunk milk in many years. The undertaker agreed to drink the milk if Pa could make the chicken give it. The undertaker smiled after he drank the milk. |
| One day a wagon wheel broke. Pa had to go to the nearest town to get a new one. While he was gone Indians tried to attack Mama and the children. They used the magic lantern to scare the Indians away. |
