As a hobby I have a small farm on 5 acres where I raise rabbits, laying hens and Cornish meat chickens.
My regular job is teaching 7th and 8th graders science in Conneaut. I also coach track, I am the Athletic Director and Drama coach.
In 1980 I joined the ARBA and started raising Mini Lops. I raised Mini Lops until 1990 when I started a rabbit meat business so I started raising New Zealands devoting most of my time to New Zealand Blacks.
In 2001 I stopped raising rabbits for a while starting up last year with a new barn and 65 hole hanging cages. I currently raise Havanas, Silver Martens and Mini Lops (again).
