The Big Buddy Show |
In 1999, Glenn Mitchell a life long Buddy fan decided to create a mini version of the stage show that could be performed in any size venue both big and small. The idea was to present the music and personality of Buddy in a live show using audio narative and costume changes whilst maintaining a live concert format. The Rock 'n' Roll dance party was born, the idea was to present a live Rock 'n' Roll show that Buddy was due to have undertaken in the summer of 1959. This show was to feature Buddy together with other Rock 'n' Roll stars of the day.
In 2000 the show began performing around the clubs and holiday venues to great reviews, following concerts across the UK in both summer seasons and Christmas hotel dinner dances and Rock 'n' Roll conventions etc, the show was invited to appear in Benidorms top entertainment venues.
