In the old history there are different things that don’t exist now. I am going to tell you about my mission Santa Barbara. Padre Serra founded it. He died in August 28,1784.  Santa Barbara is one of the queen missions. Padre Serra founded the mission in December 4,1786.  The mission is the world’s most famous twin bells. It is 1 queen mission with twins bell. Every family that go can hear the bells and see them wean they make a lot of nose that it can problem wake people up.

       I am going to tell you why the mission fall apart. What happen is that in 1925 there was an earthquake.  In 1927-1953 started to start and finish the mission came out very different the1 time they did. It was because different people built it, but people miss the old mission that was built.  People like a like the other mission that they built as new. I like it more new than the old mission Santa Barbara.

       This is how they got the money to buy suff like beds because in the old days mission Santa Barbara used to be a hotel for people that came for special things like weddings.  It is also rented out for weddings for people but it cost a lot of money. Only like 6 people have only reentered the mission Santa Barbara. Everyone that has a party there likes it very much.

       I am going to tell you about how they founded the mission Padre found it.  He was so smart that he made more missions so that people would not make this on his land.  People still did it know so they started building suff. Padre Serra finished the missions they thought that there wear seeing things put they didn´t.

       I am going to tell you about what the town is called and stuff like that. The mission is called Mission Santa Barbara.  It is a great mission to visit.  It sells as the things that served from the earthquakes but they look very old because they are old.  There is one thing that is new.  They put a new bell. The town is called Santa Barbara like the mission because the mission was made before the city was made. That is all I wanted to tell you about the names.

       I am going to tell you about why my mission is famous. The reason why Santa Barbara is famous is because it is known as the queen of the missions.  It is honor of Santa Barbara a roman maiden who was.  That is why Santa Barbara is famous.  It is also known because it has twin bells.

I am going to tell you something.  In September 1820 there was a dedication of new church. This included a 3-day fiesta of games, dancing, singing, and fireworks. Soldiers from Monterey who were rebelling against Governor Jose Maria Echeandia attacked the mission presidio. The Governor’s troops successfully defended the mission Santa Barbara.  That is it what I was going to tell you about my mission Santa Barbara.
