SPEAKERS
Credit will be awarded to students who arrange for the brief speaking services (30-45 minutes) of any individual owning his/her own business. This could range from the CEO of a multimillion-dollar corporation to the owner of a tattoo parlor. The more dynamic the person’s entrepreneurial experience the better. For this reason, I encourage students to find speakers of diverse background, culture, and/or sex.
As noted earlier, speakers are a requirement for
students attempting to earn an A. Speakers should only be scheduled for
Fridays. Permission to have a speaker come in on any other day is only reserved
for extraordinary circumstances.
If you wish to have a speaker come into class,
please notify me in advance so I can schedule him/her into the lesson. There is
a limited schedule, so be sure to get in early.
