How Much Do U Know URSELF ?
YES .. It is a valied and imprortant question ?. Why ? I personally think that we as humans tend to change.. and move continuosly from our current selfs/ positions.. into other ones.. even this process could be real slow for some people.. it is more noticed among others. If you agree with this tendency of change in humans.. Then, how much we know ourselfs in each phase in our life .. given that a phase might last for long.. and might be for short temprorey period of time.

Knowing ourselfs.. and who we really are .. helps us very much into satisfying ourselfs .. and in the same time .. be able to understand others.. it helps us to open a small window in our minds for others.. since at a point of time.. we were not very sure of who are we ?.

In this section.. I'll be talking about an excellent tool which is widely used for identifying personality type for the sake of self discovery in addition to understanding others and come over and appreciate our differences instead of making these differences a point of conflict.

This tool is the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (
MBTI�) which was developed since early 1930s. Initially it was used to study conflicts and the reasons behind them during WWII. Also, it was used to help people to find out occupations which match their "type" or prefrences.

MBTI� offers 16 different ways of being NORMAL. It tells us that we could be very much different.. but still OK !. Non of the 16 types is better than the other... or more correct. They all are equal..
MBTI can highly contrebute in resolving conflicts, because a critical reason behind conflicts is not knowing and/ or understanding from where others are coming. However MBTI� does not give a very percice result on who we are but it helps us know our best fit.

Most of us can fit almost in any type upon need. However, identifying our best fit type tells more about where we more feel relaxed. Well.. let us test this together !

Crossing Arms Excercise:

Just try to cross your arms one over the other. How did that feel ?. Easy.. Simple.. Comfortable.. etc.
Well.. this time I'd like you to cross the arms over in the opposite direction than the way you did the first time.. Tell me about it now.. how did it feel like ? Hmm.. Difficult.. Not Normal.. Annoying.. etc.

That what we mean by the best fit type... the type we feel ourselfs are. It is the way you feel more comfortable being, acting and reacting with things.
