| Digidestined | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Ethan Pugh Age: 16 Digimental(s): Determination & Loyalty Digivice Colour: Orange Digidestined Relatives: Tim Pugh (Uncle, 2nd Generation), David Pugh (Grandfather, 1st Generation) Digimon: Twizzmon (Rookie) Telekemon (Armour) Treniomon (Armour) Takaramon (Champion) MetalTakaramon (DNA Ultimate) Bio: Ethan Pugh is one of the two obvious candidates for the title "leader of the 3rd generation Digidestined". He is blessed with a great amount of courage and resolve that allows him to approach danger or even likely death with his head held high. Virtually nothing can make Ethan fearful. He could be described as crazy, due to the fact that he never gives up, even in the most futile of situations. This can lead to his detriment. He has practicing with handguns his entire life and is a master marksman, owning a pair of pellet guns himself, but having great respect for all animals, he has never used these on a living target. Perhaps his skill with duel firearms explains his strangest physical quirk: he's ambidextrous. Ethan is highly intelligent, studying A-level Law, and his knowledge of literature and poetry is greater than he often lets on. Ethan has a flair for rhetoric and public speaking. He can often get his way just by talking to people. |

| Lili Wong Age: 16 Digimental(s): Knowledge & Emotion Digivice Colour: Purple Digidestined Relatives: Adrian Wong (Brother, 2nd Generation), Rose Wong (Mother, 1st Generation) Digimon: Lupinemon (Rookie) (Armour) (Armour) (Champion) MetalTakaramon (DNA Ultimate) Bio: A highly intelligent young woman, and the other obvious candidate for leader, Lili deserves her place as the brains of the team. She is even more intelligent than her older brother, Adrian. She is also more hard working and serious. A tomboy at heart, Lili enjoys playing sports, expecially football, golf and badminton, gets on well with the males of the group, and takes a callous view on evil Digimon. She believes that the murder of Digimon who commit atrocious acts is justified while saving the world, hence her catchphrase, "The end justifies the means" - which is quickly adopted by the other Digidestined. In the beginning Ethan and Lili, who are students at the same college, often argue and vie for the position as leader of the group, but as the story progresses and they become closer friends they learn to compromise, until eventually they see eye to eye on everything. |
| Nojan Gharedaghi Age: 15 Digimental(s): Friendship Digivice Colour: Red Digidestined Relatives: None (brother of Mahdod Gharedaghi, friend of the Digidestined) Digimon: (Rookie) (Armour) (Champion) (DNA Ultimate) Bio: A prominent figure in his high school, Nojan is well known and well liked. He tends to be exciteable and easily distracted, choosing to follow his own pursuits if they prove more entertaining than the pursuits of the group. He is close friends with Sunil. Nojan is physically active and very fit. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for his mental state. Perhaps the least intelligent member of the group, Nojan often fails to grasp the true gravity of the situation facing the Digidestined. He has a reliably lighthearted outlook and, like Twizzmon, will take any opportunity to play a practical joke. He is the comic relief of the group. |
| Sunil Hirani Age: 15 Digimental(s): Ambition Digivice Colour: Yellow Digidestined Relatives: None (brother of Rakesh Hirani, friend of the Digidestined) Digimon: Zigotimon (Rookie) (Armour) (Champion) (DNA Ultimate) Bio: Sunil should be thought of as a more laid-back version of Nojan. He, like Nojan, relishes practical jokes and fun, but unlike Nojan, Sunil has the sense to know not to cross the line. Sunil has the kind of raw ambition that is only surpassed by Ethan's. He always tries to better himself and hates losing above anything else. He is a perfectionist to the point of neuroticism. Sunil believes evil Digimon should not be killed, but can instead be rehabilitated. This belief sometimes causes disputes with Lili. |
| Amelia Dorey Age: 12 Digimental(s): Selflessness Digivice Colour: Pink Digidestined Relatives: Sam Daniels (Cousin, 2nd Generation) Digimon: Magramon (Rookie) (Armour) (Champion) Hykenmon (DNA Ultimate) Bio: Collectively referred to as "the kids" by the rest of the group, a title they'd rather lose, Amelia and Jamie are at first misjudged as weak and nieve by the other Digidestined. But actually, nothing could be further from the truth. Both Amelia and Jamie possess intelligence and maturity that belies their short lifespan. Quiet, sweet, and unpretentious, Amelia is the voice of femininity within the group, and this clashes with Ethan, Sunil and Nojan, who all behave in a decidedly masculine way. Eventually, however, she fits into the group, and even develops a close friendship with Lili. Amelia is a dancer with a small frame and build; as such, she is not the strongest member of the group, but she is arguably the fittest and most dexterous. This often comes as a boon for the Digidestined. |
| Jamie Hutchinson Age: 12 Digimental(s): Modesty Digivice Colour: Green Digidestined Relatives: Kerri Hutchinson (Sister, 2nd Generation), Alison Hutchinson (Mother, 1st Generation) Digimon: Nythmon (Rookie) Hacainemon (Armour) Gargemon (Champion) Hykenmon (DNA Ultimate) Bio: The youngest member of the sextet, Jamie is nevertheless mature beyond his twelve years. He goes to the same school as Amelia and two grow to be close friends, partially due to the fact that their Digimon are bound. Jamie is talkative and charming, though insecure. He constantly believes he must prove himself to those around him and this puts him under much pressure, both in the Digital World and in his academic life. Blessed with a burning curiousity, Jamie always thirsts with a desire to know more and asks many questions. He is somewhat secretive and dislikes talking about himself. |

| Digimon | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Twizzmon Digidestined: Ethan Pugh Attribute: Vaccine Type: Psi Digimon Bio: Twizzmon is part of a species of ancient Digimon that were legendary for their psychic talents. But their mind control powers also led to the destruction of the species. Many Digimon believed Twizzmon to be evil because of their mind control techniques, and these Digimon hunted Twizzmon to kill them. Other Twizzmon were killed in horrible experiments in an attempt to harness their telepathic powers. These reasons, amongst others, are why there are only two Twizzmon alive today: Ethan's partner, and her father. Before joining the Digidestined Twizzmon was a nomad, wondering throughout the Digital World with no fixed abode. It is due to this that she now has a vast knowledge of the Digiworld. It is only in battle that Twizzmon's psychic talents truly reach their full potential. She is able to control the forces of nature with her mind, move objects telekenetically to use as weapons, and even possess the minds of some weaker Digimon, making them act against their will. Being a psychic Digimon, Twizzmon can use her telepathy to know exactly what other Digimon are thinking. As such, she has had a certain amount of control over Digimon all of her life, and this has made her cocky. However, her telepathy does not work on humans - so around this species, she tends to tone down the arrogance, as she cannot judge their attitudes and reactions in the same way. Twizzmon is extroverted, sarcastic and highly irreverent. She doesn't discriminate - she shows little or no respect to anybody, save her closest friends. She is also very hedonistic, and will take any opportunity that arises to play a practical joke or to mock someone with ironic remarks. She is totally loyal to Ethan and will follow his orders to the letter, but when left to her own devices her general maxim is, "if it isn't fun, it isn't worth doing". Possessing a one-track mind, Twizzmon is coquettish and seductive, and when sex is the matter of discussion, she is open to the point of crudeness. Twizzmon even flirts in little ways with her Digidestined Ethan sometimes, but only as a joke: the concept of sex involving humans disgusts her. |

| Lupinemon Digidestined: Lili Wong Attribute: Data Type: Electric Digimon Bio: Lupinemon is actually a crossbreed between Lupinemon (her mother) and Botramon (her father), the latter being an ancient race of Digimon with the ability to armour Digivolve. It is from her father that Lupinemon inherits this ability. When she Digivolved far enough to leave Primary Village and the safety of Elecmon, Lupinemon went in search of her parents. However, she eventually discovered that they had been killed. Through much investigation, she eventually found that the evil Dracomon was guilty for their murders. However, before she got the chance to exact her revenge, She found that Dracomon had been destroyed by the Digidestined. Pushed by this revelation to a new level of depression, Lupinemon spent much of her life after this drifting around the Digital World. Most of this part of her life is an immemorable blur. But her existance only found true meaning when she was chosen by the Digimon gods to protect Lili. But can she get over her grudge on the Digidestined for denying her revenge on Dracomon? And how will she react if and when she learns it was Lili's brother Adrian that brought about Dracomon's destruction? Lupinemon uses the power of electricity to attack her foes. Stored in her abdomen is a special sac which is cooled to a temperature of 5 degrees Celsius in order for it to act at optimal efficiency. Whenever something brushes against her fur it creates some static electricity (a tiny amount - only a few millivolts are created). This electricity is transferred to her sac, where it is amplified and stored for when she needs it to execute an electric attack. This is why Lili often pets Lupinemon - not only as a sign of affection, but also to give her Digimon more "ammunition". On the surface, Lupinemon's personality is reminiscent of that of a mediaeval knight: loyal, obedient, valiant and courteous. She is also very serious, and taciturn, speaking only when necessary or when another speaks to her. Deep down, however, she shares a lot of Twizzmon's sardonic sentiments. Because of this, Twizzmon often acts as Lupinemon's "voice": Twizzmon speaks for the both of them, and Lupinemon simply nods in agreement. Lupinemon and Twizzmon soon become best friends. |

| Magramon Digidestined: Amelia Dorey Attribute: Vaccine Type: Flame Digimon Bio: Don't be misled by Magramon's status as a flame Digimon - she actually cannot control fire. Many years ago she trained under a wise sage in order to learn the secrets of martial arts. But her hand-to-hand combat training was so rigourous and insistent, and lasted for such a long portion of her life, that her innate flame powers were pushed to the back of her mind and eventually forgotten completely. She is deeply saddened by the loss of these powers and hopes someday to regain them, but knows she has gained something better: extreme physical strength, dexterity, stamina and endurance, not to mention her fighting techniques themselves. Approximately a year before being conscripted by the Digimon gods to protect a Digidestined, Magramon was in a big martial arts tournament, testing her training to its limits. Nythmon, who was a big fan of the martial arts, visited her before the final round of the tournament, which she would go on to win, began - and the two fell deeply in love almost immediately. Soon thereafter they underwent The Binding, the Digimon equivalent of marriage. Magramon is a highly unusual Digimon, in that she does not become stronger as she Digivolves (with the exception of DNA Digivolution); she merely becomes bigger. Her power in her champion/armour forms is only slightly higher than her power in her rookie form, because it is a Digimon's inborn powers that intensify with Digivolution, and Magramon has lost these powers. However, Magramon has physical power greater than the average champion Digimon in her rookie form, so this doesn't matter. Given her status as one of the strongest rookie Digimon in the Digiworld, she rarely needs to Digivolve at all. Magramon's physical power may frighten someone, but her personality wouldn't - she is sweet, humble, and very affectionate. Her first priority in life is the protection and satisfaction of her loved ones - Nythmon and Amelia especially - and she will immediately step into action if she believes one of their lives is in danger. Her mellowed outlook makes her the "big sister" of the Digimon in the group; even the irreverent Twizzmon develops a deep respect for her. Magramon's full battle power is not unlocked unless she is infuriated, which is a rare occurance indeed, as she is always cool, calm and collected. It takes a great deal to make her angry. |
| Nythmon Digidestined: Jamie Hutchinson Attribute: Data Type: Mage Digimon Bio: Nythmon has the ability to armour digivolve - one of very few Digimon who do - and this stems from the fact that the bloodline of his family has been completely pure (made up of only Nythmon) for the past five generations. Nythmon is far older than he likes to let on, but not much is known of his life prior to the time he met Magramon. Like Jamie, he is secretive and dislikes talking about himself, even to Magramon, his binding partner. As explained above, Nythmon met Magramon during a tournament. The two of them are now deeply in love. He has learned some hand-to-hand combat skills through her, but is nowhere near her level of skill and strength. Nythmon's species is half plant, half animal - as such he has a close relationship to all varieties of plants. It is through this that he is able to absorb the power of the Digimentals from certain species of flora and use them against his enemies. The conversion of this Digimental to the power that he uses in battle is fueled by photosynthesis - therefore Nythmon becomes more powerful as his surroundings become more illuminated. On the other hand, if his surroundings become darker, his power ebbs. In total darkness, he's almost powerless. This may explain his abnormal fear of the dark - Nythmon becomes fascinated at the sight of darkness and categorically refuses to go outside at night. Nythmon is down-to-earth, serious and straightforward. He's also very sincere and reliable. He has a stern, no-nonsense attitude that makes him more sensitive to those like Twizzmon. He isn't very fond of children; how ironic it is, then, that his partner is the youngest of the Digidestined. |

| Other Digidestined | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Tim Pugh Age: 19 Digimental: Determination Bio: Forever the pedantic leader of the Digidestined, Tim reluctantly, yet proudly, relinquishes the position to Ethan while he concentrates on his studies. Still a natural leader, Tim burns with a passion to save the world and will enthusiastically lead the Digidestined to battle at every opportunity. He is not sure about Ethan taking his position of authority at first, but soon learns to trust his nephew's judgement. Tim's partner Shocamon is as cocky and hyperactive as ever, perhaps more so. He develops a crush on Twizzmon, despite not knowing quite what to make of her. |
| Adrian Wong Age: 19 Digimental: Knowledge Bio: Lili is constantly competeing with (and, invariably, sebsequently outdoing) her brother Adrian, so he's confident that she will fill the hole his academic life has made in the team. Well, either confident, or too laid-back to care very much. Adrian does help the Digidestined from his computer between games of Minesweeper (Expert mode, of course) and remains a source of knowledge for the new generation. He, along with Khalid, helps with the technical side of things, designing helpful programs for the Digidestined's D-Terminals. His Digimon partner Onomon remains a hopeless optimist and romantic. His undying affection for Andrea's Digimon, Salamon, is now near legendary within the group. |
| Sam Daniels Age: 19 Digimental: Selflessness Bio: Sam constantly worries about his cousin's involvments in the Digital World. So much so, in fact, that of all the previous Digidestined, he helps out the most. Amelia practically has to tell him to leave them alone! Since the good old days, Sam has become wiser, yet more arrogant, hot-headed, and obsessive. He has developed a deep, bitter resentment for Kerri, though only he, Kerri, and their Digimon know why, and all refuse to discuss it. It's believed it has something to do with a scar Sam got on his face after a trip to Whitby. Tridemon, Sam's partner, is still introverted and sweet. He is deeply respected by the other Digimon and is a source of (sometimes misguided) advice. |
| Kerri Hutchinson Age: 19 Digimental: Friendship Bio: Jamie's older sister remained in Whitby when the rest of her family moved south to London. She is, as always, hyperactive and talkative, but age has also given her a great sense of responsibility, and she continuously watches over Jamie as a big sister should. Her hate of Sam hampers Jamie's friendship with Amelia. Kerri can't help the Digidestined as much as she'd like, as she lives far away, in Whitby, and has no access to the Digital World. Her Digimon Eaglemon, one of her best friends, has been captured by the Digital Masters. This fuels her into action against them. |
| Andrea Simpson Age: 20 Digimental: Emotion Bio: Being Kerri's best friend, Andrea has known Jamie all of his life. They are not related, but still have a brother-sister respect for each other. Andrea stayed in Whitby with Kerri after the latter's family moved to London. As such, she often doesn't get the opportunity to help with the exploits of the new Digidestined. Time has made her more confident, perhaps even brash, than before, and she has become less sensible. The maturing process seems to work backwards for her. Salamon, Andrea's canine partner, still has her one-tracked mind. As before, the puppy Digimon has a problem with tact. |
| Khalid Fouda Age: 19 Digimental: Loyalty Bio: Khalid retains his personality: good humour, mixed with obstinance and arrogance. But age has added maturity and intelligence to this. Khalid is far more laid back than he was back in the day, and he's now able to support his gut feeling with a logical deduction. His studies in the field of computing help him invent programs for the D-Terminals of the new Digidestined. Khalid's partner Slipmon has grown more mellowed and affable during the four past years. He is less moody, and even manages to break a smile every so often. |
| Audrey Piedot Age: 23 Digimental: Modesty Bio: Audrey remains a good natured, hard-working sweet young woman who is always willing to go out of her way to help out her friends. She remains not very confident and modest. A down-to-Earth person at heart, Audrey looks for practical solutions to the Digidestined's problems. Slythamon, Audrey's serpent partner, is still sweet, modest and kind: an upstanding citizen of the Digital World. |
| Darren Sharples Age: 19 Digimental: Ambition Bio: Darren is a fun-loving joker who enjoys the good things in life. But he's always ready to whizz into action at a moment's notice. His whimsical love for moose and silly catchphrases is legendary. He often acts inanely but when things get serious, so does he. Darren's Digimon partner Moosemon is a lot like Darren. He's grown quieter in their four years apart, though. |
