The A-Team was a popular hour-long television series that aired from 1983-1987. It was the story of a team of 4 Vietnam veterans: Hannibal, BA, Face, and Murdock. They were wanted by the federal government for crimes they didn't commit. Even though the army was persuing them, they found time to help people when the law could not.
The show ran for five seasons and created 94 episodes. Despite a major make-over in the fifth season, when the team went to work for a secret government agency under the command of a General Stockwell, the show could not be saved. Due to low ratings and other factors, the A-Team was canceled.
The A-Team currently airs in syndication on the FX channel. Columbia Home Video will soon be selling episodes of The A-Team. Also, there is rumored to be a major A-Team motion picture in the works due in theaters in the summer of 1998. Obviously, we're still waiting.
