Transmission/Clutch Rebuild
April 15th 2003, on the way home I noticed that 1st and 2nd gear were being difficult.  Just before arriving home, the transmission decided to say fairwell.  While in neutral I found the engine would die.  Luckily I had been preparing for a rebuild to strengthen the engine and up the boost.
Here you can see the original transmission for my ST165, dirty and rusty this is how I removed it.  I'm holding it for the future should my current gearbox need to be rebuilt.  I can rebuild this to the ST205 specs just to save some time.

Unless of course the right price came up (not much really)  I would split with it to save another All Trac owner some time.
Here from an opposite angle as my ST165 transmission you can see my ST205 gearbox, (The ST205 was never imported to the U.S.  So, gearbox is the UK name thus the appropriate name for this).  I purchased this from an MR2 person who got it with a front clip.  Waited for the right price and $200.00 was it.  Paid an additional $450.00 to have it inspected.  To my pleasant surprise gears, synchros, and seals were all perfect.  So had it resealed with a warranty.

The ST205 gearbox has stronger 1st and 2nd gear synchros.  Plus a more aggressive final gear great for highway sprints, but bad for gas milage.
I made the mistake of doing AWD burnouts with a stock clutch.  Shortly after impressing friends with this amazing trick, I found boosting over 5psi would cause the clutch to slip.  This was the major factor in preparing for a rebuild.  The clutch did last me for several months after this started though, so I can't complain.
Here is my Clutchmaster Stage 3 Clutch, I haven't even fully broken it in yet but the pedal feel is lighter than stock, and this thing grabs like a gold digger on Donald Trump.

This is a Kevlar Clutch that is rated at 110% over stock horsepower.

If you ever need one I can highly recommend
www.grd4spd.com Terry was extremely helpful with service that exceeded my expectations.
Lastly, here you can see my Fidanza Light Weight Flywheel.  This Aluminum flywheel weighs 9 lbs.   I also purchased this from Grd4Speed.
