We open up our scene backstage from American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. Backstage, we see the Xplosion interview set up, but strangely, no interviewer, and while some may find that a bit strange, we might get an answer when we see the World Heavyweight Champion, Mr. Man step up, equipped with World title on his shoulder, just standing there, with a smirk on his face.
'The Future' Mr. Man
Mr. Man still smirks here, smirking each time he insulted James Ceno, something rare from the reigning World Champion.
'The Future' Mr. Man
Mr. Man keeps on his smirking, keeping the same facial expression he has had, pretty much since this promo started.
'The Future' Mr. Man
Mr. Man pauses now, looking into the camera, a slight bit of his smirk still showing, but other than that, just a straight face.
'The Future' Mr. Man
Mr. Man's expression now turns mainly serious, going from his cocky side, to a real serious side.
'The Future' Mr. Man
Mr. Man pauses now, letting out a deep breath and just trying to breath in the moment he's in now.
'The Future' Mr. Man
Mr. Man then repositions his title on his shoulder and walks away from the camera, leaving the final shot being on the Xplosion interviewer set where Mr. Man walks off, ending this craptastic roleplay, and finishes the most wasted, what, 6 minutes of your life? Give or take.
"Tonight, here in Dallas, Texas, you all have the privilege, the honor, of seeing your Gold Standard, your Savior in Command, your World Heavyweight Champion in action. But tonight, for me, it isn't about anything, tonight's just about me, your World Champion, going in action, not against a man who has put his career over everything else. Not against a man who has worked his ass off for 3 years to become World Champion. Instead, you get to see your Gold Standard go one-on-one with the biggest disappointment in wrestling history. You all get too see Mr. Man go against a man who deserves nothing, and has been pushed more down the people's throats than Cameron Hayden. You all get too see me go up against the so-called challenge of our current X-Division Champion, James Ceno."
"Now, I'm sure, people are going to come up with me after this promo and ask me "what's the grudge with Ceno?""Why do you hate Ceno?" when the fact is, I don't. See, I don't have a grudge against James Ceno, nor do I hate him. The fact is, I have no emotions for him, to me, he's non-existent, he's nothing, he's some jobber wrestling on my show, taking up my TV time. The fact is, James Ceno is nothing to the World Champion, he is not on my level, and he is not anywhere near my greatness, he is nothing. See, while I am the Gold Standard, he is nothing but the regular standard, he's like every common man in this company, like every common man watching this tonight, he is nothing, I am better than him."
"See, while some people may say I'm disrespectful, saying I'm an ignorant bastard, or even saying this is a reason I don't deserve the World title, being the master explainer that I am, I have my reasons, my legitimate reasons, as to why James Ceno is nothing but lower than dirt to me. And, just like everything I say, such as Dan Taylor is a metro-sexual, cry-baby, Mr. Man wannabe, or Cameron Hayden is a condescending, homo-sexual, dick head, Eighteen is an ugly, transgener looking, whore, its all facts. The reason I have such a low-tolerance for someone like James Ceno being near the top of the card, slutting his way to the top, is for a reason, a real legitimate reason."
"See, two years ago, everyone said James Ceno was the man to watch out for in the future, everyone said James Ceno was the future of this company, and that he would be a big name, and rightfully so. Not even 3 months into debuting, he beat a legend, an icon, White Tiger, in an upset of the century, as many watched in shock. Because of this, he had the momentum to go become Mid-Eastern Champion, all within a couple of months with each other. He had momentum that was never seen before, not only in the eWe, but this business itself, and within six months, he ruined it! James had all the tools to be big, he had the fan support, the wrestlers support, and, unlike me, the authority's support. He was said to be the next big name in professional wrestling, and had the wins to prove it, and he ruined it!"
"James Ceno ruined any credibility given to him, he ruined it all because he couldn't win some match at WrestleMania. See, James worked hard, I'll admit, to get over like he did, no matter the circumstands, to become the future of Sports-Entertainment, and he ruined it all, just because he couldn't win a match. See, James had the wrestling world in his grasps, he had Xplosion, and the entire world, waiting for him to come out and be the break-out star he should have been, and he failed. But, I shouldn't be too hard on James, because without him failing to capture the flame, I probably wouldn't have stolen his spot. Without James Ceno fucking up everything because he couldn't win one measly match, I was able to steal his spot, and over-hype myself in 2 years, by becoming World Heavyweight Champion."
"James, tonight, you're not facing a common man, you're not even facing an extraordinary individual, you're facing a man who is better than you in every way possible. Because of me, James, you are a two time X-Division champion, the first time because I basically GAVE it to you, the second time because you beat a man who had gone through my beatings. James, you're here where you are right now because you got a victory over White Tiger back in 2005, when in the year 2008, beating White Tiger doesn't mean a damn thing. James, I am a former 2-time All-American champion, the first one in-fact, a former X-Division champion, a title that I made, and YOUR current World Heavyweight Champion. I am better than you in every single way possible. James, tonight is my night, my night to destroy you, my night to take you out, I am better than you, I am the present and the future, and you'll just be a foot-note in the history of Mr. Man."
