PRE-PROMO THOUGHTS
What a horrible last few weeks I've been having. First at WrestleMania, lose the Money in the Bank, then last week, not only did I lose an X-Division title match, I lost a match that could have given me a World title shot. All I can do is bounce back, but I'm facing Dan Taylor this week, talk about tough luck.

The scene begins in the arena in Indianapolis, where Xplosion superstars have just appeared getting into the arena. One of these superstars is Mr. Man, who is already near his locker room, when he hears a familiar voice behind him.
Kenny Greenwood: " Hey Manuel, hold up. "
Mr. Man turns around to see it's his old friend, and current Xplosion play-by-play man, Kenny Greenwood.
' THE FUTURE ' -- Mr. Man: " Oh, hey Kenny, what's up? "
Kenny Greenwood: " Nothing. Tough loss last week, you did good though, too bad about Shawn Ashlocke interfearing. "
' THE FUTURE ' -- Mr. Man: " Yeah, I know Kenny, I'm still pretty pissed off about it, but whatever, somehow I'll get revenge. "
Kenny Greenwood: " Yeah. I heard tonight you are facing Dan Taylor, tough opponent. "
' THE FUTURE ' -- Mr. Man: " Yeah, I'll admit, Dan Taylor is pretty tough, and it doesn't help with the fact that he has some pretty big brains. But I do want a World title shot, and I've been saying this all week, and that is, beating him would put me in title contention. "
Kenny Greenwood: " About that, don't you think you might be a little over your head here? I mean, you lost a chance at getting a title shot at WrestleMania, last week you lost to Cameron Hayden, albeit, he did have help, and let's face it, Dan Taylor is more over then you are. "
Mr. Man has a shocked looked on his face, thinking to himself the comments he's been hearing for a while.
' THE FUTURE ' -- Mr. Man: " Kenny, you think I haven't heard that all week? You think every time I get on that little internet we all have, and read about how I'm nomatch to a certain opponent? Quiet frankly Kenny, I've been hearing that for the past year, I could care less what they say. "
Kenny Greenwood: " Well, I mean, I do hate Dan Taylor's tactics, but, they are right. And you do have to admit, Dan Taylor is obviously a bigger star then you are currently. "
' THE FUTURE ' -- Mr. Man: " Kenny, I know. Like I said, I've been hearing comments like that for about a year, and I stopped caring. All I care about is two things, that is hearing the fans cheer when my music hits, and getting a World title shot, that's it. "
Kenny Greenwood: " Look Manuel, I know you have the heart for the business, and I know you love what you do. And believe me, we've known eachother for three years, and I know you should be main event talent, but as of now, Dan Taylor is just a bigger draw. "
' THE FUTURE ' -- Mr. Man: " Yeah, I know that Kenny, that's why Dan Taylor basically came here on a silver platter. But as of right now, I know I'm gonna have a lot of fight in him, because he does have the abilities, and he does have what it takes. But, as for being the bigger draw, that means absolutely nothing to me. "
Kenny Greenwood: " That's exactly the pride I know about you, I also know you want to win, every night. There's nothing wrong with that, but I still believe that despite all this, Dan Taylor can beat you. "
' THE FUTURE ' -- Mr. Man: " Dan Taylor can beat me, I know that. The thing is, I won't let Dan Taylor beatme, because I don't want him to beat me, all I want to do, is walk out with a "W" on my record, and to become a contender for the World title. So Kenny, I have a match to train and get ready for, and I'll see you tonight. "
Mr. Man then walks away from Kenny Greenwood, leaving the announcer by himself, as he walks to his locker room. The scene ends at this point, as the Xplosion announcer seems to be dissapointed.

This scene begins in the area where this certain weeks Xplosion is being held, where we see a little set with a big "X" in orange, and in front of it, we see Kelly holding a microphone, noting that the camera is on.
Kelly: " Hello everybody, I'm Kelly, and I would like to introduce my guest for this evening, so everyone give a welcome for Mr. Man. "
The camera then zooms out of Kelly's face and breasts to include Mr. Man standing right next to her in a shot. This also receives some cheers from the audience.
Kelly: " Now Mr. Man, this week Roddy Piper told you, you were facing the All-American champion, Dan Taylor this week, anything to say about that? "
' THE FUTURE ' -- Mr. Man: " Yes Kelly, you are right, this week, I will be taking on Dan Taylor in a non-title match. As for what I would like to say, it's easy, tonight I'm beating Dan Taylor. "
Kelly: " That sounds pretty like your pretty sure of yourself tonight, can I ask why? "
Mr. Man looks at Kelly, with a suprised look on his face, before finally responding to the question.
' THE FUTURE ' -- Mr. Man: " Well Kelly, since WrestleMania, I haven't exactly had the best win/loss records, and last week's match, no last week's screw job, it made me realize something, and that my will to win the World title is stronger then ever. "
Kelly: " Well, you do know that Roddy Piper has yet to give you a title match, so why are you on the road to the World title? "
' THE FUTURE ' -- Mr. Man: " It's simple Kelly, my main focus is grabbing that brass ring, and holding on to it tight, as I make myself a title contender. Because Kelly, I need a title shot, and as long as I've got these eWe fans behind my back, there is nothing to stop me. "
Kelly seems to have a blank expression on her face, as she then sighs and looks back at the camera and Mr. Man.
Kelly: " Well tonight, as I said earlier, you have a match with Dan Taylor. What are your psychological mind set going into this? "
' THE FUTURE ' -- Mr. Man: " It's easy Kelly. Dan Taylor is a smart man, he knows how to get the job done, and it appears he has signed an alliance with the Exiles, the same two guys that screwed me last week. My psycholgical mind set is this, Dan Taylor is going to be my prey tonight. "
Kelly: " Well, as you know, many people have considered you a man who was once known as the fightingest All-American champion of all time, does Dan Taylor's claims of being the greatest All-American champion of all time have any bother on you? "
' THE FUTURE ' -- Mr. Man: " Kelly, yes, it does. I find it an insult to hear Dan Taylor call himself the greatest All-American champion of all time. Because I know, how much effort I put into making that title what it is today. And as much as I hate to brag, I believe that I was one of the greatest All-American champion of all time. "
Kelly: " Well, as you've been saying, last week you were disadvantaged against Cameron Hayden. Does that have any affect on your match tonight? "
' THE FUTURE ' -- Mr. Man: " To tell you the truth, yes Kelly. Last week, was a bitter night. And the fact that I have people around here doubting my abilities doesn't help either. But the thing is, I don't care about either of those two for tonight, all I care about is one thing, that World Heavyweight title. And tonight, by beating Dan Taylor, I could very well be a contender for that title. "
As Mr. Man is talking, sweat seems to be falling off of his brow, he begins licking his lips through-out, before stopping.
Kelly: " Speaking of the World title, there seems to be no main event for Retribution, what do you think about that? "
' THE FUTURE ' -- Mr. Man: " Kelly, what is there to say? Let's face it, I know there are a long list of challengers who want to be in that match. I mean, in my opinion, I feel I deserve a shot at the World title. But I do know that I have to earn my shots, and tonight, I know beating Dan Taylor will help me get that shot. "
Kelly: " Well, before you go into your match tonight with Dan Taylor, I think we would all like to know, what is going through your mind. "
' THE FUTURE ' -- Mr. Man: " As I said earlier, Dan Taylor seems to have joined an alliance with the Exiles, who cost me my match last week. Well Dan, forget about Sean Lewis, forget about your little alliance, forget about how you were once the biggest name in a company. Just remember one thing for tonight, you are going one-on-one with somebody who is at his most focused, angered, and competitive level. Because you are going one-on-one with the Future, you are going one-on-one with Mr. Man. So get ready, cause this is going to be a bumpy road. "
Mr. Man then walks off abruptly after that, leaving Kelly standing there by herself in front of the camera.
Kelly: " Well, I guess tonight Mr. Man seems ready, I myself am excited for his match tonight, so I wish him the best of luck. "
As Kelly seems to be talking, the camera zooms in on her face and chest again. As soon as she finishes, the camera fades to black, ending this scene.
