PRE-PROMO THOUGHTS
At WrestleMania, I could not get the job done. I tried, and worked my ass off, and I couldn't win the Money in the Bank. But that doesn't matter, because that was WrestleMania, this is now, and now, I'm going into one of the toughest challenges in my life, let's see if I can do this.
Scene Title: Getting Ready For War

Dayton, Ohio
This scene begins in Dayton, Ohio, just hours before Xplosion is getting ready to go on the air. We see production crew and road crew all scrambling to start the show. We go inside a doctors room in the actual arena, where we see Mr. Man sitting on a table, his burn wound showing a little bit.
Doctor: " Ah, Manuel, General Manager Roddy Piper told me you were gonna come and see me, what's on your mind? "
' THE FUTURE ' -- Mr. Man: " Well Doc, I'm sure you know this, tonight I have a huge match for the X-Division title, and I need to be taped up on my burn. "
Doctor: " Hmmm, alright, let me go get some ointment and some tape, and I'll tape you up, just stay there. "
So, the doctor leaves the room, after going through the drawers, and walks around the arena, looking for some tape. Mr. Man sits on the table, a waiting the doctors return. After a few minutes of waiting, Mr. Man starts noticing degrees on the wall, he get's closer, before the doctor comes back.
Doctor: " Alright, I found some tape, let me just put some of this ointment on your chest, before putting it on. "
' THE FUTURE ' -- Mr. Man: " Do whatever you need Doc, I've got Hayden tonight, and I know he's gonna be a tough bastard, I mean, look at that record. "
Doctor: " Yeah, he's tough, he's also in great physical shape, I'm sure you'll have a tough time beating him, but, you never know in this company. "
The doctors has now put on rubber gloves, and has squeezed some ointment out of the tube, and onto his finger. From there, he begins spreading some ointment on Mr. Man's half-burnt chest, a face goes over Mr. Man, showing it stings a little.
Doctor: " So Manuel, have you been putting on some this ointment lately? It helps control the healing process. "
' THE FUTURE ' -- Mr. Man: " Yeah I have Doc, every few days, I put some on, stings like a bitch, and pretty damn cold, just look at these nipples. "
Doctor: " You know, you should put some on daily, or else, your burn could get infected, and considering you have a huge match with Cameron tonight, it must have been hard to train. "
Mr. Man thinks for a second, before he can feel the doctor grab some tape, and put it around his chest, hiding the ointment and burn mark, before he rips it off with his hands, showing he taped up good.
Doctor: " There wo go, nice and tight, I suggest you wear a shirt, if you don't want Cameron to take advantage. And Manuel, keep putting ointment. "
' THE FUTURE ' -- Mr. Man: " I'll try Doc. And thanks for taping it on for me, I'ma need my full focus on Cameron, and if I would have taped it, I'd be worrying about it falling off. "
The doctors does a nod, then shows a "Whatever" sort of look, before walking out of his office, leaving Mr. Man to get in his own thoughts, as he walks out of the office the other way, mentally preparing for the match, ending this scene.

This next scene begins with a camera on in Mr. Man's locker room. In front of the camera, we see Mr. Man, who is bending down, putting on his knee pads, under his tights, before slowly looking at the camera.
' THE FUTURE ' -- Mr. Man: " Tonight, Wednesday Night Xplosion, X-Division championship on the line, Cameron Hayden defending against yours truly. Now in most cases, this would be a dream match for me, a match to show I am a worthy competitor. And it still is, but there is one little, itty bitty difference. "
Mr. Man continues putting on his knee pad, tying together the strings on the back of it, before looking back at the camera.
' THE FUTURE ' -- Mr. Man: " Tonight, is a night for me, not only to capture the X-Division championship, a championship many big names have held, but to also prove myself I am worthy for the big one. Because, I know this company, I've been here three years, and I know you need to earn your shot, that's why beating Cameron Hayden, a big name, would help me propel. "
Mr. Man smirks to the camera, before grabbing his tights leg, and slides it down his leg, after putting on the knee pad.
' THE FUTURE ' -- Mr. Man: " Cameron Hayden, tonight, I know what everyone thinks, I know, as so often, I am the underdog, and I don't care. All I care about is one thing Cameron, and that is taking you're X-Division championship. All I care is grabbing a pencil, and scribbling my name into the main event, and beating you, and taking your title, will do that. "
Mr. Man then goes down, and puts on his other knee pad, fitting it in perfectly, before tying it up on the back, before looking at the camera again.
' THE FUTURE ' -- Mr. Man: " Now, I know people are probably saying "Push Cameron Hayden to the main event, he has more to prove." Really? Didn't he get that big push last summer? Exactly, and what happened Cameron? Easy, you choked. You choked at SummerSlam, and left for a while shortly after, which is all good, but you need to remember, you haven't done much since. "
Mr. Man does a little smile to the camera, before looking at his tights leg, pulling it down to his feet, before grabbing his boot.
' THE FUTURE ' -- Mr. Man: " Now Cameron, do not get me wrong, I like you, I respect you, and I think you're a great wrestler. But tonight, I need this match, I need this victory. And the more and more I think about it, I pretty much have nothing to lose when I face you, and everything to gain. Which is pretty much why I want to take that big "X" over your shoulder. "
As Mr. Man is saying this, he grabs his right boot, and fits in his right foot in, before slowly lacing it, just as he finishes.
' THE FUTURE ' -- Mr. Man: " Cameron, I know for a fact you are a hard match-up, and I don't expect you not to be, but you really want to say I'm not a challenge? Yeah, I don't have the best record, and I obviously don't have the best when I am in a big match situation, but Cameron, I am ready to beat you tonight, I am ready to take your title, and I am ready to get into that main event. "
Mr. Man looks at the camera while saying this, a smile on his face, showing he is ready for whatever Cameron throws at him.
' THE FUTURE ' -- Mr. Man: " As for me being a small threat Cameron, I'm not sure you know me that much, do you? I live for this business Cameron, I'm more then I look, and no matter how many people doubt me from time to time, I work my ass off, that is how much I want to win. As for being in the main event, I want that more then anything, I want that World Heavyweight championship, but, that X-Division championship, that will help me work my way up in a big time. "
Mr. Man continues smiling, looking down at his tights and leg, before looking back up at the camera.
' THE FUTURE ' -- Mr. Man: " And, I know, as much as I've been saying shit, I know you want to be in the main event nearly as much as me. But Cameron, tonight will be both of our night's to prove it, and if you watched the Money in the Bank match at WrestleMania, you know, that I'm not afraid of walking through fire to make it in the main event. "
Mr. Man was now tying and lacing up his left foot, in his other boot, while saying this, before he looks at the camera, his focus directly upon it, before popping up to his feet, and walking towards the left.
' THE FUTURE ' -- Mr. Man: " So Cameron, what I've been trying to say this whole segment is this, good luck. Good luck tonight Cameron, because I am taking that title from your waist, and I am going to be known as one thing, X-Division champion. So good luck, and I hope this match is as good as the fans want it to be. "
The camera turns towards the left, as Mr. Man is walking, and it shows he is near the door, and after that last comment, he turns the knob, and leaves his locker room, ending this scene.
