  • 'Scene One - 'Bitter Times Ahead of Us'

We open up our first scene, after lord knows how long, when we see Mr. Man on camera. We see Mr. Man on camera, sitting on a couch, looking a little disgruntled. We then see the camera pull back just a little bit, and there we see the Chairman himself, Vince McMahon.

    'The Future' Mr. Man
"Vince, you and I both know that at Last Stand, I had the title right in my hands! We both know that at Last Stand, I should have won the World Heavyweight title from Eighteen, and once again the bitch was able to screw me! Vince you and I both know that, just like at the Royal Rumble, I got screwed by Eighteen and I should be champion, not her! Eighteen did not beat me, James Ceno and a chair did, and this is not fair!"

    Vince McMahon
"I invested in you, Manuel, I did everything to protect you from being caught as the Mystery opponent. The way I see it, YOU lost at Last Stand, you lost after I gave you the world, you screwed it up, and I cannot have that! Look, I understand you got screwed by James Ceno, I know this, but there's nothing that I can do right now, my hands are tied."

Mr. Man just looks at Mr. McMahon, a smirk on his face, a smirk of anger and maybe some might call it pain.

    'The Future' Mr. Man
"No Vince, you can do something about it, I know you can, your the Chairman of the Board for god sake! And I know what you can do, you can do me a big favor, a really big favor Vince, and you can give me James Ceno. Yeah, you can give me a match with that piece of shit, and I swear Vince, I will beat him down like the bitch he is, I swear to god Vince, I will beat him, just give me his ass."

A sick look appears on Mr. Man's face now, which might scare not only Vince, but anyone in sight who may be looking.

    Vince McMahon
"I understand you're angry, but let's not get carried away. You want James Ceno, I understand that, you think you can beat him, I understand, but the fact is, I can't give that match away. I can't because, I have workers well-being and health to think about, and I do not want you to beat up on James, because I need him, especially now in crucial times."

    'The Future' Mr. Man
"You don't understand Vince, he screwed me, he made me take a bitter pill, after swallowing my promises to you. I was gonna take Eighteen's title back home to daddy where it belongs. And not only that, Vince, he stopped me from ending Jennifer's career, something not only you, but everyone in the back would have loved. I should be World Champion right now Vince, and James screwed me, and you have the power to do something about it, to make me happy!"

    Vince McMahon
"See, you could have made me happy at Last Stand by defeating Android #18 and taking her title, but you didn't do that. But, like I said, I understand your situation, so here's what I'm gonna do, while I may not be able to deliver James Ceno to you, I can do you one better, something I know you're gonna love, and maybe even cherish."

Mr. Man looks at Vince, a very concerned look on his face, looking estranged at the situation at hand.

    Vince McMahon
"Last year at WrestleMania, you wrestled a match which was nearly perfect, a masterpiece if I've ever seen it. You wrestled in a match that made you a household name, and made people realize you deserved to be at the top, which you were able to do, remember? Well, how about this year you go back into that match, the Money in the Bank Ladder Match?"

    'The Future' Mr. Man
"So what, you want me to go to WrestleMania, and put my body on the line, just like I did last year? Vince, what I want is to beat down James Ceno, period. He screwed me out of my World title, and I want to tear him in half, and while I would love nothing more than to steal the show like I did last year in the Money in the Bank Ladder match, I want James Ceno. But, Vince, I will take your offer for WrestleMania."

    Vince McMahon
"Well, the thing is, just like you did last year, this year, you have to qualify to go to the Money in the Bank. But, unlike last year, where you were given a clusterfuck of opponents, because you weren't supposed to win the qualifyer, this year, I give you one opponent. But this opponent isn't the usual kind of wrestler, Manuel, he's someone that will give you a bit of competition, he is a champion. In fact, he's the International Champion, Predator."

Mr. Man has a dumb-founded expression on his face, looking on in what some may call shock, and what some may call anger.

    'The Future' Mr. Man
"Vince, I understand you're trying to put some intrest in the qualifyers this year, but come on man. I have the hardest qualifyer of them all, Predator, while you gave Nero Phoenix, Danny Danger, and you gave Ciaran Michaels, Slade Craven, those guys are jobbers to the stars, and from what I hear, you gave that David Hybrid character freakin' Eli Hogan, why must I get a champion?"

    Vince McMahon
"I have confidence in you, you know that, but the thing is, I need to prove I have no favorites. I am tired of everyone tying me down because I happen to give certain people favors, and I can't give you favors, but I can give you something. I can give you advice, advice that the only reason I gave Predator as your opponent is because you were both in the Money in the Bank match last year, just like you. You need to know, Predator shouldn't even be getting a shot at the Money in the Bank, he's a champion."

Mr. Man looks at Vince and smirks in such an asshole way, you'd be booing him just for looking.

    'The Future' Mr. Man
"Vince, I understand what's going on, you're mad at me. You're mad, because I lost at Last Stand, and while it wasn't my fault, I'm sorry. But Vince, I will beat Predator on ShowDown, not only for you, but imagining he is the man that took everything from me, James Ceno. Vince, I promise you, I will defeat Predator, and after WrestleMania, I will be known as Mr. Money in the Bank."

Mr. Man puts his hand out for Vince McMahon to shake, which he obliges, ending this scene with a very uncomfortable stare with eachother.

'Scene Two - The Motherload in the Bank'

We open up our scene from the famous Rose Garden, in what some might call a raging metropolis in Portland, Oregan. We see fans sitting around, some going to the concession stands and what not, all getting ready for something to happen, when suddenly "The Enemy" by Godsmack blasts over the p/a system, some fans getting on their feets, others standing and booing. After a couple of lines from the song, we see Mr. Man walking out from the back, looking like a disgruntled and scarred man, walking without the usual cocky swagge or confidence. After some stalling and what not, Mr. Man gets in the ring, after grabbing a microphone from the steps, and awaits for his music to cut off.

    'The Future' Mr. Man
"You know, last time I came to a ring, just like this one, had some microphone time, just like now, and had every fan in attendance getting ready for me, just like now, I announced something I did not really want. While every one of you sitting in attendance, or everyone watching at home was waiting for me to do what I do best, and wrestle, I announced something that was near and dear to my heart. See, in an attempt, an attempt, to not only regain my World title back, a title I never lost, might I add, it was also an attempt to get some psychological mindgames on Eighteen, I had to announce my retirement. And, isn't it ironic I not only stand here with a failed attempt at getting my World title back, but I stand here angry, unhappy, instead of joyful?"

A sentimental look of sadness and unproudfulness hits the eyes of Mr. Man, as he looks to the crowd.

    'The Future' Mr. Man
"At Last Stand, I had one opportunity, an opportunity that only comes once in a lifetime, and that was to become World Heavyweight Champion. While some would have said I took the fake way into the World title match, disguising myself for as long as I did, some would have said it was the smartest way you could ever get a World title. But all of it, the fanfare, the one call to greatness I might have had, it was all ruined, it was spoiled by some of the dirtiest tactics ever. At Last Stand, I was proving to the whole entire damn world that at the Royal Rumble, Eighteen needed a cage to defeat me, when I had her mercifully beat down. I had promised everybody, everyone who saw me, that I was going to not only gonna take her title, but end her career. But all my promises, all my decrees, it was all ruined by James Ceno."

Mr. Man looks at the fans, pausing with a little smirk and his eyes down and droopy.

    'The Future' Mr. Man
"James Ceno, he ruined my one last chance at becoming World Champion again, he ruined my chance at proving to everyone that Eighteen screwed me at the Rumble. I understand why he wanted to screw me though, he wanted to make an impact. He wanted to prove that he was not just some wrestler who used his "dead" brothers name to get to the top, all by screwing me. James wanted to make an impact, but what he failed to realize was that you do not make an impact on my expense, I have worked to damn hard for that. I promise, though, I will get James Ceno alone, and I will give him the biggest curb stomping of his entire life."

Mr. Man now leans his arms and chest against the ropes, the microphone still in his hand, as he smirks.

    'The Future' Mr. Man
"When I got here tonight, I went straight to Vince McMahon's office, and I not only begged, I pleaded, I got on my damn knees and practically cried, all to get my hands on James Ceno. But, instead, they decided to give me a chance to redeem myself on empty promises that should have been made. They decided that maybe, just maybe, I can prove that I am not just a bunch of lies, and by doing so, they gave me a shot to get into a match, that last year, I was able to steal the show in. Vince McMahon, the genius he is, he gave me a shot to get into this year's Money in the Bank ladder match. But, in doing so and giving me the chance to show I'm not hot air, he gave me an opponent that last year was also in the match, in a man we all love, the International Champion, Predator."

A nice little pop is heard when the mentioning of the name of Predator, something makes Mr. Man laugh.

    'The Future' Mr. Man
"Me and Predator, what some may not understand is me and him have never gotten into the ring one-on-one. Me and him, we're two totally different wrestlers, not only in work rate, but in personality. But what I do know about him, is the man is a tough son of a bitch, believe me, he is tough. The thing about Predator, is you never, and I mean never know what you are going to get when it comes to him, because just like that, like his name suggests, he can snap you like prey, and still tell you that you look funny. And while at the end of the day, he may entertain you, or even make you laugh, the fact of the matter is, he is weak."

Mr. Man pauses, looking around the arena as he smirks, before putting the microphone back to his mouth.

    'The Future' Mr. Man
"See, I do not mean physically, because the man is a specimen, I mean mentally. Mentally, as in he hides all the insecuritys he has into one little phrase everyone around the world talks about, that everyone around the world loves, and thinks is so hilarious, what some don't realize, in that mind of his is a man confused. Predator left this past year for four months, gone because his ebst friend in the whole wide world, Danny Danger, turned on him, showed that he was indeed stronger than Predator, and it hurt Predator, it made him mentally different. What it did was add something that he never though he was, and that was being a mid-card superstar."

Mr. Man once again pauses, a serious type face is on, looking around at the fans.

    'The Future' Mr. Man
"At this time last year, Predator was considered to be the next big thing, the next mega-star, and he was on top of the whole damn world. He was supposed to be the guy that would take the main event scene by storm, that would prove his worth in pro-wrestiling. But a year later, look at him, look at what he has done, he is in the same damn place he was last year, only much more miserable, much more unhappy, and he's much less enthusiastic. Last year at this time, he was supposed to have taken pro-wrestling by a damn storm, and he has done nothing."

Mr. Man pauses, catching his breath from the lack of expression.

    'The Future' Mr. Man
"Predator, there is a reason I became World Champion before you, not because of skill, or toughness or anything like that, it is because I got my demons past me. Predator, a cloud still reigns over your head because, after all you have done, you and I both know that you're afraid. You're afraid because this mental sickness you have, a mental sickness that took you out for 4 months, may as well take you by storm, this mental illness has not only made you weak, but it has destroyed your spirit, no matter how many comments you may make. I know what this illness is, Predator, it's an illness that you know you cannot defeat Danny Danger, the man who has been taking advantage of your career dying."

Some boos are heard, but nothing big enough that would kill someone's spirit like most boos.

    'The Future' Mr. Man
"And Predator, while some may say I am in the same mental thermostat as you, there is one difference, I will decipher my image of James Ceno onto you. As far as I am concerned, Predator, once that bell rings, you're James Ceno, and I will destroy you, Predator. I will beat you within an inch of your life, all in one attempt, just one attempt to go to WrestleMania, and become Mr. Money in the Bank. Predator, while you may say I look funny, what you don't realize is I am the Gold Standard, everything I do has to be not only repeated, but put into a loop by everyone in the back. Predator, I am always looking for that one jackpot of gold, gold that could tide me over until I hit the big rush, and as far as I am concerned, at WrestleMania, I will hit the motherload, all at your expense. Predator, I promise you and everyone else, they will never, ever, forget the name of Mr. Man, and I promise they will never forget that you're in the past, as we all live in the present, but the Future, is, here!"

"The Enemy" by Godsmack hits the p/a system, getting some nice heat from the fans, as Mr. Man drops the microphone and roll out of the ring, walking up the ramp, looking a bit bitter still, but not letting it effect him, as he walks cooly up the ramp and finally backstage, ending the scene.
