"Tonight, I face Android #18, a woman who has gone pillar to post in everything's she's done, a woman who is more powerful than most men, a woman who can take down any man with just the opening of her hands. Tonight, it's not ordinary match for me, tonight's about blood, a brawl, there will be bloodshed, there will be broken bones, we both know that. What we also know, Eighteen is sick, she's twisted, I will not lie, and she's trying to get in my head, trying to get me where she wants me to be, and that's cowering in a corner, and I cannot allow that. I cannot allow Eighteen to get the better of me, not because I'm afraid, but because she's opportunistic, she's like a sick shark in the water smelling blood, and I cannot allow myself to bleed."
"You and I both know what Eighteen is capable of, she has done horrible things to you, and she burned me alive at WrestleMania. Because of her, I was afraid of her for so long, but I decided to face my fears, and I lsot because of it once, but not this time. See, while me and you do not like each other, while we hate each other, we both have similar goals, we both have something others don't. What we have is simple, we have talent, we have charisma, we have good lucks, and most importantly, me and you, we have brains. While other's are working hard in the Royal Rumble, while others are trying to get their game face, to get past you, me and you are here, discussing a game plan, matching wits."
"Eighteen, she gave me a very good idea, she showed that she was more than some dumb animal, that she knew what she was talking about. I came to you, and I know me and you do not look each other eye-to-eye, I know me and you barely stand each other, that we can barely be held in the same room together, but if we work together, if me and you can show any sort of aliance, something that can be held together, I scratch your back, you scratch mine, then I think we can get somewhere. While me and you will never see eye-to-eye, while we may never shake hands without thinking the other's hand is disgusting, I know me and you are a force to be reckoned with."
"I understand that you have had some things to say about me, and I with you. I understand that if me and you ever got into the ring, we would kill each other, we would make each other bleed, and have no problem with how the other felt, how their family might feel about us. I know you hate me with a passion, and it really is mutual, but you, unlike most, you have the brain and the power to tell me all about Eighteen, how I can beat the bitch, how I can make her suffer, because, as much as I hate to say it, you are better than me, in this department, anyways. And, while me and you may not like each other, I have a feeling we can mesh better than most can, I have a feeling me and you may be able to use brains to persevere, to be the two men with our hands up when the night is finished."
"Me and you, we hate each other, I can't stand you, I think you're a jealous, over-confident, dumb bastard, but me and you both know about respect, and I respect you. See, I respect you because you were able to flush away any scrutiny from where you came from, from everything that was said when you first entered an eWe, that you were able to cause hate not from where you're from, but who you are, I respect that. I also respect the fact that for over 4 years, you were the only one to show fire in your eyes when you got in Eighteen's face, that you were able to look her right in the eye, and push her down on her knees where she belongs. Because of that, I came to you, to get your advice, to get every single thing you say about that subject. I want you to give me help, to help me gain some fire, to help me find a way to stop Eighteen, because I don't feel I can do it. So, will you do it?"
"I knew you would do this, and you are making a good deal, we both know that this will benefit both of us. You give me some help, and I'll give you what you want. Eighteen needs to realize she is nothing anymore, that she's living in 2004 with all of the other fossils in this company, she needs to realize that we're the Future, that I am the World Champion, the Gold Standard. She believes so much I fear her, when in all reality, she knows nothing about me, that her first win against me was a fluke, and with your help, with your advice, we can get drive her out of this company, much like I did Shawn Ashlocke, then you win the Royal Rumble after I give you some advice, and we can have ourself a brawl at WrestleMania."
"You're quite right Manny, we don't like each other, but the only reason I am helping you, not because I like you, but because we both have purpose. While I believe you nothing but a paper champion, I'd rather have you as a paper champion than the Android, we both know that. And while, me and you hate each other, I don't like the Android, I don't think someone who I've beaten over and over again deserves to even be in the main event of the Royal Rumble, and really, I'd rather whup you after I win the Royal Rumble at WrestleMania then Eighteen for the 100th time."
"This is exactly what I mean, me and you don't like each other, but we both agree on something Dan, we both feel that Eighteen as World Champion, or Eighteen main event WrestleMania would be a travesty in this sport. We have both worked ahrd to get to the top, and while you may have failed in the end, it's still better than getting to the top because you were trained by White Tiger. But the thing is, Eighteen is not deserving of this sport, the only reason for this is because I accidently cost her the All-American title, it's not my fault if faulty fire extinguishers happen when you touch them."
"Manny, you're, unfortunatly right, it would be a damn shame if I worked hard for a year to stop being known as Don Hinson's bitch boy, to hold the All-American title longer than anyone in history, jsut so some bitch like the Android can get in my way again. The way I see it, there's only a fork in the road tonight, and it will meet, I win the Royal Rumble, you retain the World title, then at WrestleMania, me and you can go on to kill each other. I am tired of these old timers taking my spots, old timers like the Android or Sean Lewis and his 400th return, I have worked my ahrdest in training for the Rumble, and I know you've tried training, despite crappy acting by the Android getting in your way, so I will give you advice on how to beat her, even if you don't have the confidence you act you have."
"You're funny Dan, but to say I am not as confidence as I say I have been having is false. I am not afraid of Eighteen, she will be nothing but a foot-note in the history of the Royal Rumble. But I would feel better getting the competitive edge, because even if I know I will slaughter Eighteen and make her cry like the bitch she is, there is always that one chance that lightning may strike, that I might get some of her blood in my eyes because of the splattering of it that she may have some brains in rolling me up for the win, but make no mistake Dan, I am better than her. Dan, I hope you do win the Royal Rumble, I hope you can out last Sean Lewis and Law and all those other returning old-timers and make yourself into the big name you failed to make at Final Cut, because it would be an honor to beat you at the Royal Rumble."
"Well, Manny, let's just make sure both of us can escape this fork in the road, because I know everyone wants to see me and you beat the living shit out of each other at WrestleMania."
"Manuel, I wanna thank you for coming, this place it is so much easier for me and you to talk, than some noisy coffee shop we were in on Tuesday."
"Don't worry about it Jim, I'm sure the interview went over good on tape, msot of my interviews do, you know, cause I ooze charisma, and so forth."
"So let's begin Manuel. You have been in the eWe three years, if I'm not mistaken, and it took you a while before you got a World title shot, I wanna sk you, what was it like when you found out about the title shot?"
"Well, Jim, I was pumped, wouldn't you pumped if you worked hard for three years and constantly gotten shit on for the flavor of the month? I mean, really, this does prove that sometimes hard work can pay off, and I'm glad I was able to win at Chill Factor."
"When you won the title, was there a lot of support backstage from your fellow wrestlers, or was there a little hostilty when you came from backstage with the title?"
"Like it is in every company, there's always a sort of jealousy when a worker gets a promotion, or in my case, win the World title. I can honestly say, Jim, it was pretty mixed. There were some that actually celebrated with me, telling me I deserved it, and others who ran out of the backstage area in, their words, not mine, disgust."
"This Sunday, you face Android #18, a former World Champion, for the World title in an Anarchy Cell. This match came around when you estinguished fire coming out of her hands to screw her from a title, my question is, why did you screw her?"
"Jim, I screwed her, because, even though I had just won the World title, she gets more television time, yet she didn't deserve it. I felt screwed by the company, and decided to take matters into my own hands, and it worked, she no longer has the title."
"On a recent poll on our website, there is 76% showing that Android #18 will win, with a measily 24% saying you will win, does that effect thoughts for you?"
"Jim, nothing effects my thoughts, I don't need some retarded poll question on a website too tell me everyone thinks Eighteen will win, all I need is to beat the odds, as I have for the past year and beat her and retain my World title."
"Well, thank you Manuel, I hope me and you can meet up again before the deadline for this, because really, I want to hear more from you."
"You're welcome Jim, and you know what, I'll try to meet you again, but as you know, my schedule is pretty damn busy for me, you know, since I'm gonna own Eighteen, so, maybe I'll see you soon."
