We open up our scene in a local hotel room in Indiapollis, Indiana, where we see Mr. Man standing in front of a television, a smirk on his face, before he laughs.
'The Future' Mr. Man
Mr. Man smirks yet again, still looking into the camera shaking his head, not in an enraged point of view, but suprised.
'The Future' Mr. Man
Mr. Man continues smiling, through-out all he has said, the smile on his face as big as it's been since the promo started.
'The Future' Mr. Man
Mr. Man continues his little smirk, looking in the camera that has strategically been placed behind the television Mr. Man is watch.
'The Future' Mr. Man
Mr. Man has a smile on, looking around his hotel room, still standing up, wearing his regular street clothes.
'The Future' Mr. Man
Mr. Man's smile and smirk subsequently turn into more of a serious frown, not a sad frown, but a focused frown.
'The Future' Mr. Man
Mr. Man keeps his focused look on, still looking towards the television and the camera, both at around the same time.
'The Future' Mr. Man
Mr. Man smiles now, much like he did at the beginning of the promo, only much more focused.
'The Future' Mr. Man
As he was talking, Mr. Man grabbed his World Heavyweight Championship from his bed, and as he finished up, the thing he did with it was hold it up, symbolizing for Eighteen.
'The Future' Mr. Man
Mr. Man then smirks, looking at the camera, giving some secret code to stop the camera from rolling, ending the scene by Mr. Man fading in black.
'Scene Two - Extra, Part Two'
We open up our scene in Miami, Florida, in what seems to be a beautiful Tuesday morning. We open up at a local coffee shop, where we see Mr. Man sitting at a table, a table which has two chairs. As soon as the thought comes to mind, we see a man who seems to be a bit balding, in Miami Herald sports reporter, Jim Varsalonne, coming up to him. The pair shake hands.

Jim Varsalonne then grabs the tape recorder and presses the stop button, stopping the recorder in it's track, before getting up from his seat.

Both Jim and Mr. Man laugh, before shaking hands, ending with Jim and him saying goodbyes, ending this scene and roleplay.
"Very good Eighteen, I must say, very good. In my three years as a wrestler in this company, that is the most original thing I have ever seen. I want to applaud you Eighteen, I want to applaud you big time there, what you did, you worked your ass off too pull this stunt off, didn't you? See, Eighteen, behind that tranny mind of yours, your mysterious super-powers, that puny little brain of your cooked this up, and I must say, I am proud of you Eighteen, really I am."
"Eighteen, you burned down my house, you took all my accomplishments, all my awards, everything I worked for my whole life, my whole career, and you destroyed them. You went into my house, you grabbed my knives, and you cut my house open, you made it seem like a freshly hunted buffalo in the forest getting skinned. You embarrassed me in front of millions of people, you made me seem like nothing but a bitch Eighteen, you know what? I applaud you. In my whole career, I have never met anyone, man nor woman, who is as psycho as you, as sick as you, who can actually makes me somewhat scared. You did what is damn near impossible, Eighteen, and that's get in my head, and I want to give you credit where credit is due."
"But you know what, Eighteen? I ain't dumb. Because, for all the credit in the world I give to you, I ain't as gullible as you make me out too be. You and I both know everything that happened, well, mostly everything that has happened, isn't at all what it appears to be. While, you may have been right, while you may have broken into my house, destroyed my things, not everything is the way you want it to seem. We both know that you, much like Dan Taylor, much like Cameron Hayden, are nothing but liars. Most importantly, we both know this is nothing but some stunt, some way to generate just a little bit of heat between us, to get people to either hate you, love you, or despise you, and you know what? It worked Eighteen, it all worked."
"Eighteen, you faked this all, you used whatever powers you have, whatever chill factor you can give the production crew you can't give me, and you orchastrated this whole thing perfectly. You made me look like a coward, and I wanna thank you, because now, we got everyone feeling for me, Eighteen. What you need to realize, is you lit a fire up your ass, you made yourself look like nothing but a fool, nothing but an amateur by doinmg this, because it's obvious what is wrong with you. You're intimidated by me, so you have to play your little nothing mind games, you have to play with my head, and try to get a mental advantage, because you damn sure know I am better than you, am I right?"
"But Eighteen, this is also where you made the wrong decision, where you screwed up, where you made yourself look like nothing. You tried to get in my head Eighteen, you try playing these mind games, but what you don't realize, I don't play mind games. Eighteen, I am not like Dan Taylor, i am not like Cameron Hayden, because you don't scare me, you do nothing for me. Eighteen, you're nothing to me, you're not scary, I am not fearful of you, I am smarter than you. And by you trying to get in my head, I've realized, you're more afraid of me, because I might just beat you, you're afraid that the Gold Standard will out-shine you, will out-bling you and bring the best he has ever had to the match, so you have to try and get in my head, you have to try to shut me down before I get to this match, and I do not blame you, Eighteen."
"Eighteen, this past year of 2007 has been known as the year Mr. Man reached the motherload, where he was able to dig for the gold he desired, where he was able to cash in the big pay-off, and when it counted, I got a big check. The past couple of pay-per-views, I walked into my matches as the underdog, as the guy who is nothing but an extra to fill in for someone else, and at these past two big events, I beat my opponents. Not only did I beat my last two pay-per-view opponents, at Final Cut, I beat Shawn Ashlocke, I destroyed Shawn Ashlocke, and where is he now? It's simple, he's in the retirement home, crying because he couldn't get enough of the Gold Standard, that the gold blinded him in the eyes. Then after I destroyed and ended Shawn Ashlocke's career, I went to Chill Factor and not only did I beat Cameron Hayden for the World title, I stripped him of his dignity and pride, and made him into nothing but a shell of a man."
"Shouldn't that tell you something Eighteen? Last two big matches I've had, I left my losing opponent a shell of what they once were? And, I've noticed, you've had yourself a list, a big list, of people you plan on Anhiallating, people like Cameron Hayden, Dan Taylor, but you don't see me with some list, do you? You don't, because I don't need a list, I've beaten everyone on Xplosion I needed to beat to get to the top, I worked my ass off for three years to get where I am. Yet, you think you can even it out by "burning" my house, by playing some stupid trick that nobody buys, nobody cares about, that nobody ever thinks about? Eighteen, you are not a threat too me, I am not like anyone you've faced before, I am not afraid of you, I didn't become World Heavyweight Champion by being scared."
"Eighteen, this Sunday, the Royal Rumble, I defend my World title against you in an Anarchy Cell. That's fine, because I promise to everyone, including you, that I will retain my World title, I promise I will make sure you are lying on that mat suffering, suffering because you couldn't play the right mind games. Suffering because you knew I was better than you, because I am the Gold Standard and you are just some ho looking for a way to get to the top. I promise you Eighteen that my Future will still have me holding championship gold, that I will be better than you, stronger than you, smarter than you, and way better looking than you. Eighteen, I promise you that you will be lying on this mat, looking up, gasping for air because of the loss of blood, because you have broken bones, a broken back, and that the last thing you will see before passing out from lack of air, because of my destruction of the all-powerful Eighteen, the last thing you will see, is this.."
"Eighteen, you have no idea what you're getting youself into. You possess the power to throw fire, to make people look like nothing, to make yourself look like no mortal human, you forget, I am legendary, I am a first-ballot Hall of Famer, that I am better than you in every single way possible. I will beat you and take you out, jsut like I single-handly did to the Exiles. I will end your career, I will make you cry. I promise you, after I am done with you, you will be like every woman I have slayed before, and that will be emotional, emotional because you couldn't have enough. I am the Gold Standard, you're jsut the ordinary, middle-class, mooching off of White Tiger woman. I am the Future, Eighteen, you are the past, and the Future is here, and I am telling you right now, I am not an ordinary man. I tell you now, I will walk into the Royal Rumble, World Heavyweight Champion, I will walk out of the Royal Rumble, World Heavyweight Champion!"
"Hello, Mr. Man, I'm Jim Varsalonne, I work for the Miami Herald, as you probably know."
"It's Manuel, Manuel Martinez, and I recognize your voice from the phone."
"Right, you asked me too meet you here, yeah, I know."
"As you know, we are doing some story pieces on great Miami sports athlete, and we want you to be our first story, a biography like, right. And I was thinking, maybe we can get started today."
"Why not Jim, I have time, it's not like Eighteen causes that much to train for."
"What I'd like to ask you first is, last month at Chill Factor, you faced Cameron Hayden and won the World title, what was it like to win the actual title?"
"Some say it was a saving grace for me, when in fact, I worked my ass off for a month when I first learned I was facing Cameron, and I kept training and training until I figured I had the right tools too beat the man."
"You certainly did, and by this match at Sunday, it seems that the reward comes at a high price."
"You're right, it doesn't, but really Jim, I'm used to it. My whole career, this company doesn't give a damn about me, because they know I work harder than half of the roster, that I sell tickets, my merchandise is always high, and really, they try giving people rubs off of me for it."
"Since becoming World Champion, wrestling fans have noticed you change your style a bit, and be more cocky and arrogant, calling yourself the Gold Standard and such."
"Too be fair, Jim, I've always been cocky, I've always been arrogant. But, what happens is, I feel that by becoming the World Champion, everyone in the back, every single person, they have to try to compare themselves to me, I am the top of the mountain, I am the Gold Standard in otherwards, I set the standards they do not have, because I have the gold."
"What about this Sunday, you have a match with Eighteen, and sources tell me she's been trying to mess with your mind."
"She has, Jim, she's tried numerous attempts at getting in my mind, and much like her every chance at becoming World Champion, she's failed. And, you know, I don't like being the bearer of bad news, I don't like stating the obvious, but she's not a challenge."
"If I am not mistaken, this is an Anarchy Cell match, and there have only been a handful of Anarchy Cell matches in hsitory, do you think you can make history?"
"Jim, I know I will make history, I always do, and while some have that fear of being stuck in a cage with Eighteen, I know for a fact that she is nothing to me, I am her better, I am everyone's better."
"Well, thank you Manuel, I'm glad you gave me some time, perhaps we can meet up various points through-out the weak, as we're both busy, to continue the story."
"No problem Jim, just promise me you won't mis-quote me, or else I'll take out the aggression you gave me on Eighteen, and we both don't want that."
