We open up our scene for a very special video on eWe.com. This is where we open up to a room with some background on it, and a stool in front of that background. On that stool, we see a championship, the X-Division Championship, which happens to be on someone's shoulder. That someone happens to be the X-Division Champion, Mr. Man, as he looks with a straight face, looking laid back.
'The Future' Mr. Man
Mr. Man lets out a sigh of relaxation, showing that he has done what he needed to do to get back into shape.
'The Future' Mr. Man
Mr. Man lets out a little smile, looking onto the X-Division Championship on his shoulder and smiles yet again.
'The Future' Mr. Man
Mr. Man just smiles through-out his comments, showing that he is laid back, much like he should be.
'The Future' Mr. Man
Mr. Man keeps his face in a smile still, a smile that seems to be turning into cockyness.
'The Future' Mr. Man
Mr. Man keeps smiling, almost smirking, showing his confidence is building once again.
'The Future' Mr. Man
Mr. Man smirks now, looking into the camera, a confident look across his face as he keeps talking.
'The Future' Mr. Man
Mr. Man's face goes to a different mode now, a smirk still visible, but seriousness takes the space of his face.
'The Future' Mr. Man
Mr. Man then gets off of the stool, the X-Division Championship still on his shoulder, as he walks away, ending this segment on eWe.com, and this roleplay.
"When I became X-Division Champion, I realized something that would change my career forever. Winning this X-Division Championship on that June 27 evening of the year 2007, just days after the biggest tragedy in wrestling history unfolded, I knew there was something to it. And it was destiny. Destiny that I would finally get my name recognized in the analls of wrestling history. That whole summer, from that point on, ratings were never the same for professional wrestling, but unlike some, I helped. While some of those main eventers were off, crying because they couldn't go where they used to be, I tried getting wrestling, more or less by myself, away from the Benoit tragedy. Whether or not I helped it remains to be seen, but all I know, is that I believe I cured some of it.
"And whether or not people want to admit it, I worked my ass off that summer, trying to prove to all those doubters that I can make money. And it happened, I sold more merchandice this summer, than anyone in the history of this fine company. I wrestled some of the most memorable matches that will no doubt live through-out the history of professional wrestling. And at SummerSlam, with an injured shoulder, I beat Dylan Styles to retain my X-Division Championship in the World's Most Famous Arena, Madison Square Garden. And after that, I still hear the whispers from my colleuges, saying I can't be as good as I hype myself to be. And sometime's, I wonder if they're right. I wonder if beating 5 former eWe champions was too much, or that face that I was able to go to to Money in the Bank at WrestleMania was too much. Or even the fact that I was able to defeat the then unbeatable Cameron Hayden, in the prime of his career."
"And I know that people can choose what they want. Beleive me, I know. But the fact is, this summer, through my long, big, deserved push, I got an injury, and injury that slowed me down, but never held me back. Three weeks ago, I took a small leave of absence after getting destroyed by Eighteen. I took this time to relax, to get myself better prepared, to try and gain some knowledge in wrestling, and for some, 3 weeks is nothing. I disagree, because in three weeks, my opponent for Halloween Havoc, Dylan Styles, went from me beating his ass at SummerSlam, to becoming so close to the top of the mountain. While I was gone, Dylan Styles has been making a name for himself, jumping over leaps and bounds to become close to getting the career he once had."
"Dylan Styles has been proving he is worthy of being on the Xplosion brand, and he's proving he deserves to be number one contender for my title. The thing is, I don't think Dylan Styles can get the job done. Don't get me wrong, Dylan is great in the wrong, and has been on fire, but I believe hee will choke. Dylan, I like you, you showed me a lot in our match at SummerSlam, but I don't think you're drive can do it. The reason for this, is within these three weeks, when you compare our situations, I have been home for three weeks, resting, waiting to come to competition, and you have been on Xplosion, wrestling against big names like Sean Lewis and Cameron Hayden. Because of that, I have more of an advantage, both physically, and mentally, while you might, perhpaps be a little broken inside. But, as I said Dylan, I respect you man, I know you will work your ass off just like me."
"Dylan Styles, I know you, I know that you have been waiting until you can get your hands on me again, and rightfully so. The thing is, I don't think you're ready for me, I think that you might be holding back on me, because of the result at SummerSlam. Dylan Styles, at SummerSlam, I had your number, you know it, and I know it. I also know, that you've been victorious, beating both Sean Lewis and Cameron Hayden all in a couple of weeks. The thing is, unlike you, I beat Cameron Hayden when I had the doubters against me, for a title, a title I currently hold now. And Dylan, I know that you beat Sean Lewis, and I haven't, but we all know it's not the same Sean Lewis who was here. Dylan, I know for a fact, that at Halloween havoc, you think you're gonna be ready for me, no amtter your situatuion. I also know that at Halloween Havoc, I am going to be ready for you."
"Dylan, SummerSlam was my time to be called a legend in the making, a reason to beat you. This time, it's to prove what I knew all along, I'm better than you. Cause it's true, I'm better than you in every way, shape, or form. Dylan, these fans still love me, they understand why I was gone for three weeks, and they also understand that I am a fighter. They also understand, that I am probably the best X-Division Champion of all time. That is why my name is what people think when they see Xplosion. Dylan, they also understand that I've gone through a transition in the past year, from mid-carder to headliner. That is why I know, unlike my peers in the back, who doubt me every match I have, these fans, my fans, are gonna cheer me every step along the way."
"This is going to be my night Dylan Styles, you and I both know it. Last year Dylan, I was out with a career threatening injury, an injury that I nearly caught during my recent shoulder injury. I am not willing to lie down for you, Dylan, especially to retain my X-Division Championship. I have worked my ass off to hold this title for the past 4 months, I have a goal, and that is to break records, especially longest reigning record. Dylan, you need to understand, I picked you as number one contender because you deserve it. The thing is, do you want it as bad as I do? Do you put your body on the line every night like I do? Just for people to go around and say that you aren't as good as you make yourself look to be? Of course not, why would they, you're basically a legend."
"You're a legend in uKw, Dylan, the thing is, uKw failed with you, and because of that you want to rebuild your career in eWe. On top of that, you want to rebuild your career by trying to go past me? Now, I respect your fact that you paid your dues, and tried making yourself a big name in a company that was going no where. And even though your legacy is backyard wrestling like, I know that you have heart. But you need to recognize, I am The Future of Sports Entertainment. You also need to realize that at Halloween Havoc, you're going in the ring with a man who has worked his ass off. At Halloween Havoc I plan on showing to everyone hard work does pay off. Now you need to plan to get ready to go one on one with a man who is focused as he ever has been in his life. I plan on showing you, that you are not in my league, just like SummerSlam. And hot streak, or no hot streak, I will beat you, and retain my X-Division Champion. I'm the Future of Sports-Entertainment, and I'm the New Breed of eWe, and you're going to realize why I am Champion of Champions. So I'll see you out there on Sunday, Dylan Styles."
