The Sims
everything free; At the title screen, press all top buttons at the same time. a code screen should pop up. tye "FREEALL" in the code screen. everything should now be free in buy and build mode.
unlock everything: type in "MIDAS" at the code screen. you should have everything, including 2-player mode, unlocked.
