One day, a young girl carrying the remains of the professor and his work appeared before Yakumo. As told in the Professor's final letter, this girl is the descendant of the ancient immortal race of the Sanjiyan Unkara, and was searching for a method to become human. Yakumo did not believe this until he was confronted and injured by Takuni, a man-faced bird creature. About to die, Yakumo was somehow saved by this girl's miracle technique, and was revived as a "Wu". Because of this, Yakumo decided to help this girl, Pai, to search for the technique to become human. Yakumo arrived in Hong Kong and found the Humanity technique with Lee Ling-Ling, the editor of Yogekisha, a publishing company. They found out about the statue of humanity, and were enrolled into the strange events occuring the rich and famous Huang family. However, things got even more complicated as they find out about the evil Kaiyanwang and that he was trying to be resurrected by his minions. Pai was disturbed by this fact because Kaiyanwang, Shiva, was the last Sanjiyan Unkara king as well as the person responsible for most of the Sanjiyan Unkara's destruction. Kaiyanwang's ultimate goal is to conquer the population of humans of Earth, and because Yakumo and the others were trying to stop him from being resurrected, they fought his Wu, Benares, in the Sanjiyan Unkara's Holy Land. This was a fight of despair, and they only won because the Housayou that was in Pai lend them a helping hand. Benares and the Seima Stone that Kaiyanwang had been imprisioned in was blew into pieces in the sky. Yakumo and Pai once again returned to their previous goal to become human, and found pieces of the Seima Stone's debris. They proceeded to call forth Kaiyanwang's memory in order to find out the information needed for Pai to become human. Through this they found out that a third Sanjiyan Unkara was needed to perform the Humanity Ritual. But, are there even anymore Sanjiyan Unkara alive other than Pai? While Yakumo and the others searched for the answers, the one that was defeated in the Holy Land, Benares, reappeared and we found out for a fact that Kaiyanwang was still very much alive. Now in the year 1992, humanity has yet to know that the walk down the path of destruction has just taken a few more steps ----- .
