I used the instructions from this site to do my install.  www.speakeasy.org/~giordy/gaugeinstall/index.html  Except that I ran my line to the firewall next to the brake booster and through a unused grommet just above the gas pedal on the inside of the car.  Also, I ran rubber line from the tee to the iside of the car because the clear tubing seems fragile.

The steering wheel cover is a wheelskin.
