**NOTE:**  After some thought I am going to put the flap back in, as it lets extra air in under heavy/extended throttle. This summer I will construct a cold air hose to the front of the car.  Also I removed the "cone" in the upper part of the airbox.  It now sounds much meaner.   :)

The following is the air box with an artists representation of the baffle that I cut out.  You can see it was blocking about 1/3 of the box.  The arrow points to the plug I inserted in place of the hot air inlet flap.

And of course a K&N air filter.  Yes I know the bottom pleat is bent I'll fix it later. :)
