Super Smash Brothers Melee

Well, to begin, let's first talk about the controls of the game. The button A does a standard attack. You can tilt the analog stick any direction and press A for a normal attact going in the direction of whatever way you pointed the analog stick, or you can press them both (The A button and a direction on the analog stick) for a smash attack. A smash attack is more powerful than a normal attack. You also charge up a smash attack by holding down the buttons. You can also use the B button and a direction on the analog pad for a special attack. Examples are a bomb, or maybe a missle. Every character has different standard and special attacks (Except for the clone characters). It is difficult to master the controls at first, but once you do it comes very easily and it is almost like instict.

The music in this game is amazing as is the sound effects. There is great music to each level and it is crystal clear. The sound effects are also amazing with each bump and fall. The graphics are also amazing. Although there are a couple of graphical hiccups, almost every thing runs perfectly smooth.

The single player has tons to do. You can play Adventure mode, Classic mode, All Star Mode, Event mode or Training mode. In training mode there is also many types of melees (Like cruel melee) and Home run contest. You can also collect trophies, which there are hundreds to collect. There are also 25 unlockable characters and tons of unlockable goodies.

The multi-player is where most of the fun is. You battle your friends in tons of different modes and customizable options. The replay value is infinite. There's the secret characters to unlock, all the unlockable goodies, then you can go back and try to beat your scores on the many event stages and try to get a better score on the home-run contest. Then you can play forever with your friends!

To summarize, this is an amazing game. Although it can get a bit boring a times, it is at great achivement that is always fun to play!
