Duration of Education: 12th grade, 2yrs college credits(no degree thru AF) 2 vocational schools- Horseshoeing and Dog grooming

Types of educatonal training: Weather Specialist School, Weather Forecasting School, NCO Leadership School, Instructor Training School, Horseshoeing Vocational School, Dog grooming school

How teachers taught: Mostly Lecture with extensive notes and then hands on. (The 2 vocational schools gave the most hands on training.)

Best educational experiences: The military gave me the best education because they were so well structured.

Worst educational experiences: One of the vocational schools was the worst (dog grooming) because they were in to it to make money, it was hands on with no instruction and there was no written lesson plan.

Total Nuber of Jobs: Have had 8 jobs in 25 years

Had an adequate education: Most of the time

What is the purpose of education? To prepare you to make a living to support yourself and to expand your mind...

Who are schools for? They should be an extension of the learning from home-not only to teach the basics but to teach what is needed for life.

What should kids learn? They should learn how to treat people well and how to make a living in this world. And how life is more than just material things but more about satisfaction with one's self on doing a good job.

How should they learn it? From their parents and teachers working together as a unit.
