Fred’s Salmon & Chips
1 cup flour
1 bottle of beer (the cheaper the better)
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 egg whites, beaten
Salmon fillet skinned and cut into cubes
Combine flour, beer, and olive oil. Fold in egg whites. Coat cubed
pieces of salmon in batter.
Deep fry until golden brown, sprinkle with salt, and place on a platter.
