Here is one of my favorite cake recipes given to me from my mom - Crazy Chocolate Cake

 

3 cups -  All Purpose Flour

 

2 cups - White Granulated Sugar

 

1/2 cup - Hersheys Semi-Sweet Cocoa

 

2 teaspoons – Arm & Hammer Baking Soda

 

1/2 teaspoon – Non Iodized Table Salt

 

Mix these ingredients together in a 9 x 13 cake dish and form a hole the center of the mix for the next set of ingredients:

 

2 tablespoons – Distilled White Vinegar

 

2/3 cup – Vegetable Oil

 

2 cups – Tap Water

 

2 teaspoons – Vanilla Extract

 

Stir these into the mix thoroughly and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until when check with a toothpick it comes out clean.  Glaze with a frosting of your choice or serve without frosting.  This cake is very moist and lightly chocolate flavored.
