AW11 S/C Exhaust
My old exhaust system consists of a stock manifold going down to the stock flexpipe.  From there is 2.5 inch mandrel pipping to a dynomax turbo muffler and out an OBX Racing Muffler equiped with an adjustable silencer.

Sound wise, it is a good amount louder than stock.  It is a bit louder under acceleration than my SW20 which has an Apex N1, no cats.  But it doesn't have the loud droan at highway speeds.

As for performance, there is a seat of the pants feeling that this car is much faster than before.

NEW 5-Zigen Border 304 Speed Exhaust System!

I bought this unit used from another MR2 Owner.  I think it's a pretty rare system here in the U.S.  The piping is actually pretty small considering it's made for the MR2 at 2" but at least it's all mandrel bent.  The system uses a secondary and primary muffler, which is a popular design in japan as the single cansiter cannot calm the noise.  The main canister is actually about 4-5" in diameter at most and the tip is roughly 3".  The sound is very deep, even more than my older unit.  I think 5-Zigen has a rep for having very deep exhausts anyhow.  Performance is pretty good considering i put my stock CAT back on.
