• May 20th gr. 4 to PMS

4. Playground

• hydro seeding set for end of April
• trees to be removed by volunteers April 19
• resurfacing of b-ball court to be done
• playground equipment shed and fibar to be purchased

5. Treasurer's report

• reminder to be sent out to staff regarding their resource money and literature fund status

6. Movie Night

• Kathleen B. and Mary G. volunteered to chair next year

8. Fundraising

•   After discussion, it was decided to run a dual spring fundraiser
•                          Human-i-tees shirts and Tupperware.

9. Funding Requests

• Home Theater Sound System for Movie Nights and other functions
• Easels - Mrs. D. Powell, Mrs. Aylward
• Games/crafts - Mrs. C. Smith - limited grant to resource money
• Lindamood Program Kit - Mrs. P. Obara
• Science books - Mrs. Webster - on hold
• motion made  - all funding requests, orders must be placed within 60 days of approval
