Rules for Project Exhibition

    1. Full length paper not exceeding 12 pages of A4 size with margins 1 inch all around, in MS Word, Times New Roman, 12 font size, script as per IEEE double column format.

    2. Maximum two participants should allow for one team.

    3. Estimated time for each will be 10+5 min. 10 min. for presentation and 5 min. for question answering.

  4. Abstract should be e-mailed at [email protected] on or before the submission date.

    5. Two hard copies should be should be sent on the specified address and Soft copy of the technical paper should be e-mailed at [email protected] on or before the submission date.

    6. The Soft copy should be included only in one Word file. The name of the file should in the following format: <Institute Code> <Author Name> <Topic> e.g. 513-xyz-network

    7. D.D. of Rs.200/- per paper should be drawn in favor of “MP pro EX” payable at Mumbai

    8. Registration form should be sent along with the hard copy of the technical paper, on the specified address.

    9. If the paper is selected then the participant will be informed through e-mail.

    10. The presentation should be in PowerPoint Presentation format (ppt or pps). The fonts used in the presentation should preferably be the standard fonts provided in the software.
