Format for PAPER PRESENTATION

Content

1. Abstract
            The abstract has to be a concise review of the paper you intend to present. The judges will be going through a large number of papers and hence abstracts with ambiguous description are prone to be discarded. The abstract must be a maximum of one page and total abstract will be strictly one paragraph

2. Introduction
            Introduction must be one to two pages. This is to serve as a formal introduction for the abstract.

3. Technical Part
            This contains your actual technical part of paper and it should be 10 to 11 pages. Because introduction, abstract and conclusion are considered in total pages.

4. Conclusion
              Conclusion should be one page.

Font:

1. Main heading: - 16-point, Times New Roman, bold face, left aligned, initially capitalized.
2. Sub heading: - 14-point, Times New Roman, bold face, leeft aligned, initially capitalized.
3. Sub-sub heading: - 12-point, Times New Roman, bold face, left aligned, initially capitalized
4. Main text: - 12-point, Times New Roman, left aligned..
5. Line spacing:-line spacing for whole paper is 1.5 niches
 

Page Setup:

A-4 size page with following margin specifications is to be used.
• Left and Right margins – 1.25 inch
• Top and Bottom margins – 1.0 inch
