Spoofing the Royal Ascot Horse Races, Uganda's own race last Saturday was honored by a visit
from the Queen and a royal amount of free booze. The latter helped attendees to not take
notice that the former was a stand-in. The fact that goats are creatures generally
indifferent to speed did not slow down the crowds' enthusiasm for betting on the winner.
