The first Foster Hardware, was a wooden building, that burnt down in 1905

New Foster Hardware 1906
This building, shown her, brand new in 1906, still stands, and looks very much the same today

2001-Firstbank-next to the original Exchange Bank Bldg.
This building was Mt Pleasant Furniture & Hardware for many years, and then Scotts Ace Hardware, and now Firstbank. The building on it's south wall, was built for The Exchange Bank, which moved out in 1908.
